I recently purchased a monthly subscription from GrabPlugin.com, expecting reliable service and access to updated resources. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. Despite their promise of updates on request, they neither updated the outdated item nor responded to my request. I even asked for a refund but received no reply. Very unprofessional behavior – not what I expected from a paid service. Would not recommend.

Grab plug-in is a great company. I bought a theme in here with a issue and they help me out of this issue. No nonsens but only help me directly. Love this shop. This is my experience with graph

(Updated!:After my review, the operator contacted me. Very kindly, he was able to prove that he did indeed try to reach out to me, but the email did not arrive due to his configuration (including a screenshot). I believe him. He has now promptly resolved my issues with updates. As an apology, he has made promises to me, which I will still redeem. If everything goes well, I will further increase my rating from 4 to 5 stars and Update this review.)

Better not. I got 2 plugins and one doesn't work at all without a key. I wrote to her via the homepage and by
email and no response. nothing. So the money for the garbage for a plugin. the other plugin wasn't exactly the latest version either, which I found higher among competitors. Well, you make mistakes and learn from them. we're not talking about a lot of money, but it's annoying

I initially left a 1-star review for Grabplugin because I was having trouble with a plugin I purchased. But I have to say, the customer support I received was amazing. Good support by grab plugin they activated my premium membership when contacted them previously their was payment issue but they resolved it and now happy with their customer support

UPDATE! PROBLEM SOLVED!
I bought a lifetime account last year but i am unable to login because i get the error that my account doesn't exist anymore!! If you try to use the contact form it gives server error. There is no other email or way to contact the admin either. I tried sending to support email that i had from last years receipt email but still got no answer. I got scammed too and lost 100$. I hope the admin to see this message and fix our accounts!!!

I got contacted August 2023 by the site Administrator and after I got real sincere apologize and restoration of my account and after the site Admin showed real good will to fix the unfortunate situation even if it is a year later I am changing my review to 5 stars to mirror the change of attitude and professionalism towards me. The website admin did not only wrote 2 full pages apologizing but also fullfilled some bonus requests to make up for the lost time which I prefer to keep between him and me.
Thank you for resolving this matter and for trying to make up for the problem with my account. The contact form also now works, the admin answers within some minutes and there is an active work in progress to make things better for everyone. I am overall happy and satisfied with the outcome. The service this site offers have been an invaluable asset on all my projects and i wish this issue to never have happened. In any case it's worth to get a lifetime subscription especially if you are an active web developer and the thing that happened to me was just an isolated incident. Thanks.

I've decided to use WordPress to create a website. Meanwhile, I discovered the Grabplugin . My initial impression was not positive; however, after using their services, I have formed a more favourable opinion. There's no doubt that Grabplugin is the best option for anyone looking to create a WordPress-based website.

So i just ordered a monthly subscription. But all the versions of plugins are form 2021. To my regret...

Stil haven’t received any answer to my email i send them and also didn’t get a message about what you say about the ddos attack.

I do not recommend it! I subscribed and couldn't download anything. I contacted them and they never got back to me.

The further away from them the better.

Alert from this scammer!!! They just provide nulled and crack versions and selling products of other developers without any permission ...they are just manipulating people and doing false claims on the GPL, they even do not understand what does the meaning of GPL License... and many other GPL sites are also doing fraud, I got to knew about this site from pocketlinko.com ( i have taken a screenshot but Trustpilot is not allowing me to share) - see the headline they written I can’t live without they are promoting such a fraud website) and also there is one more site bestgplsite.com. it seems both websites are managing by the same team, hope other people will understand and do not join this kind of site who are making the false claim that we provide original products and we have authority to re-distribute these products, main author should take action on this kind of sites I will inform the main author after some time about this sites so that they can handle it... and I will post the reviews on all other GPL sites those are cheating to the people ...we had bad experience hope you stop doing fraud and close your all sites and business if you refuse to accept this review then I will show you proof as well then you will have no words and options, Do not sell products of others developers

Amazing, You did not reply and after posting my second reply you changed the name of this company on Trustpilot platform "grabplugin" to "Vaccum cleanerz" and not only this you also removed the Trustpilot link from your site ...because you know the whole reality even I haven’t shared the proof but you removed the link and changed the name why?? because you are wrong you know and understand it very well that is why you did it or changed the name so that you can say this is not my profile but I am telling you, even if you change the branding of your site then nothing will happen and on of your friends has already changed the branding bestgplsite to "oyewp", and stop laying to accept that Oyewp(previously used to known as bestgplsite) is not our company or we have no relation to this company I have one thousand proof ..you all are cheaters, you changed the name because you have fear and you can’t even imagine what kind of details we have of yours company and one word and one review can destroy of your site for forever and anytime

One of the best GPL web site you can ever find on the Internet. Earlier I was not sure if I should go for the GPL site, but after purchasing few plugins from this site, I am 100% sure that Grab Plugin is a totally genuine and trusted website.

They provide virus-free plugins and themes for such a low cost, and the best thing is, I don't have to worry about virus or security issues. it is better than any other GPL site and cheaper too.

The support is excellent, I mean really excellent, I would say even better than original plugin authors in some cases. They provide regular updates which are just awesome.

Ended up purchasing the Lifetime membership of Grabplugin.com. 😅😅😅

I was going to buy a $69 theme and one of my friends recommended stop wasting your hard-earned money and go to grabplugin.com. Once I visited the site I was shocked and surprised they are giving such pro themes and plugins at very cheap price and within 2 mins i became its member and saving More than $100/m and spending less than $10 for hundreds of plugins with grab plugin.

The support team is very good and supportive. I had issue with one plugin and got my problem solved within 5mins.
They cleared all the problems with the plugin.
