very competitive prices (though the delivery is expensive for smaller orders), quick delivery and when I had a problem, they sorted it quickly and professionally. Would use again.

I’ve looked into your order and can see that it was placed on a Saturday and shipped out on the next working day (Monday) via DPD. According to the tracking information, the parcel was delivered on the Wednesday — which is within our standard delivery window of 3–5 working days.
That said, we’re very sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. We never want a customer to be unhappy with their purchase, and we’d be more than happy to offer a replacement or a full refund.
