Never received order, won't answer emails
Placed an order for Christmas for my boys. I ordered two knives that my one son wanted. I never received the items and they have not responded to my emails since. Please do not order from them. I assume this is a scam website?

HORRIBLE!!
HORRIBLE!!! Ordered these almost 3 weeks before Father’s Day….. never heard anything. Never recieved. I told them to refund me immediately. Sent an email oh sorry they are shipped….. it’s now mid July and still haven’t received. So two months. So not waste your time!

The website is fine easy to order and process. I guess the product I’d ordered was back up for almost a month and I ask for a refund but customer service ask me if I wait another 5-8days I’ll get a 15%off on my product and I agree. Well week later and my product hasn’t shipped yet so I contacted customer services again, but this time I want a refund and they offer me 20% discounts if I waited another 2-3 weeks. I can’t wait that long so I ask for a refund and they refunded my money in7-12 days and give me a 20% discount on my next order with them. I just need to write a review screenshot it and send it back. Fair enough customer was nice a fair. I’ll give another try with my 20% discount on my next purchase , hopefully the shipping won’t be delayed like last time

I had made an order back in April…
I had made an order back in April 13,2026 for 5 decanters and glasses for my family for Christmas. I never rec'd them. I email Grand-Kitchen.com to inform them of the error. They are sending me a full replacement. This is wonderful they just made my day and year. Thank You. Customer Service Mia was great working with her on this important issue.

This company has done nothing but lie…
This company has done nothing but lie to me since very beginning. Have received 4 separate emails stating that item was shipped,all different days. Now when I try the tracking number I'm told there's no record of it. I will be reporting this fraud to my bank and Instagram, where I found ad for it. Do not trust in any way and save yourself aggravation and $ money!
Their response to this was more lies. Still get nothing from tracking information.

Trustworthy Company
There was a problem with the shipping of my item & I never got it, even though Grand-Kitchen was told it did arrive. When I let them know I had not received it, they are immediately replacing it! Should be here soon!! Definitely a company to keep ordering from!!

Grand Kitchen was fantastic. When my order didn't show up after several weeks, they resent it. What was even more unbelievable I wound up with 2 more of the same item that I was told to keep for gifts as it must have been my previous order that didn't show up.
What better customer service than that.

I was disappointed that the product I purchased could not chop meat just vegetables. I expressed my concern. They immediately were on top of it and offered a solution. They are sending me a meat tenderizor for free. They really stayed with me throughout the process. Great customer service.

It was my first time purchasing an item from grand-kitchen. Honestly it won’t be the last time because of the way Heidi handled the issue with my order. Here is a quick summary of what happened “I thought my package was taken too long to arrive delivery. Therefore, I decided to email grand-kitchen. Heidi quickly responded to my enquiry and provided me with the tracking number. I later learned that my package was returned to sender due to insufficient delivery address. Then I informed Heidi about it. Again She immediately took action and requested a replacement of my kitchen aid. You guys are lucky to have someone like Heidi. Her quick response and customer recovery skills is very impressive.
