From start to finish Emma and her team have been brilliant. To get us through the finishing post in 4 weeks was relief for with the stress of moving.

Always keeping us in form of where the process was step by step.

Always helpful when calling if there was something we were unsure about

Brilliant service would highly recommend. Constantly kept informed.

Dealt with multiple purchase cases for myself. Fast and efficient and answers all questions asked of them. A big thank you to Caroline and Robyn.

Emma & Gemma great and prompt communication, thorough investigation of any potential issues….one found and an indemnity put in place!
Highly recommended these two professionals without hesitation. Thanks for your great service.

I was very happy with all their responses to my email.
I would be happy to use their services again and will refur the to my friends.

Wills and probate, dealing with grief and loss and then the total incompetence of this company has been beyond comprehension. The lack of professionalism has resulted in the worst possible experience! AVOID

They are doing very well, and so helpful and generous the company team members are!!

I had overall no stress, my solicitor Lacey and her assistance felicity dealt with everything, I never felt pressured or stressed at all. It was so smooth I didn’t even feel like I was buying a house. I would highly reccomend

Very happy with Graysons solicitors regarding the purchase of my freehold. Easy to deal with, kept fully informed and the fees were very reasonable for this transaction. Would definitely recommend them for conveyancing and would use again.

They were helpful and informative through my process

We’ve just completed on our house purchase with Graysons, and I wanted to leave a proper thank you because they genuinely made a stressful process feel steady and well handled.

From the outset, everything was clear and well explained. We always knew where we stood, what was happening next, and what was needed from us. That sounds basic, but it makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with something as important as buying a home.

Laura was excellent throughout. Calm, professional, and quietly on top of everything. She kept things moving without ever making us feel rushed, and when things needed explaining, she did it in a way that actually made sense rather than hiding behind jargon.

Emily was also brilliant. Responsive, organised, and always helpful when we needed an update or had a question. It felt like there was always someone keeping an eye on things behind the scenes.

What stood out most was that we never felt like “just another file.” Communication was consistent, and they struck the right balance between being efficient and being approachable.

Completion day itself was smooth, and everything happened exactly as it should, which is ultimately what you want.

If you’re looking for a solicitor who is reliable, clear, and genuinely good to deal with, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Graysons.

Really impressed with Graysons, the price and the number of years they had been established as a local solicitors to Sheffield put my mind at rest. Being a first time buyer I hadn't gone through the process before, but from start to finish it was really straight forward, the process was about 90% app and 10% e-mail, it was a relief not having to take or make calls, it was all done when was convenient for myself. Lacey handled the process assisted by Felicity, top marks for the team.

I had an accident and was skeptical about using a no won no fee company. Grayson's put me at ease straight away and was transparent through out the whole process. James Hardy my appointed solicitor was so understanding especially with my mental health issues he went above and beyond to explain everything in detail no question I asked was too much trouble for him to answer. If I had to use James and Grayson's again or recommend to anyone these guys who I would trust.

Friendly solicitor and assistant. Dealt with the many queries efficiently.

We recently used Lacey Bates at Graysons Solicitors in Sheffield for the sale of our home in Rotherham, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Lacey made what can often be a stressful process feel almost effortless.

Her communication was excellent, emails were answered promptly and efficiently, which gave us real peace of mind throughout. The level of professionalism and organisation was outstanding.

We were so impressed with the quality of service provided, that we didn’t hesitate to use Lacey again for our house purchase in Plymouth. Even our buyer’s estate agent has commented on what a breath of fresh air she is to work with, highlighting her speed and efficiency.

I would highly recommend Graysons Solicitors, and especially Lacey Bates, to anyone needing support with property matters.

I just want to say my experience with Layce bates was fantastic.
