Great service
Spoke to Paul regarding a price query before I booked, he said that he would have to speak with his manger and call me back. He called back within 10 minutes with the answer and took me through the booking process, including booking our train from our home town to London.

Great customer service
Great service when looking to book by phone. Lyn was knowledgable and able to sort the holiday booking in an efficient, straightforward and friendly way - also arranged the trains to london before and after the holiday along with comparing costs/sourcing hotels again before and after the holiday.
