Greenandgrounded Reviews

I run a shop in Altrincham town centre and needed expert advice on the type and style of plants that would compliment our interior. Matt gave us his expert insight and helped us the very same day. Even sorted pots out for us too. I found the whole experience (including the price) to be exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to go back for more.

Thank you so much the plants were well wrapped and protected lovely plants I do like plants that oxagynate the room . I highly recommend Green and Grounded x x x

Brilliant plant shop! They sourced me the pink plants I wanted. Will definitely be back!

Always have very healthy plants from Green and Grounded and something very special and different! Great service as well.

Great service, lovely staff help you decide if a plant will fit with your conditions, highly recommend!

I ordered a very flimsy plant and was very impressed that it arrived with zero damage!

I placed an order online and then was unable to collect due to covid. They dropped it off for me as I live locally and Rowan was extremely polite and helpful via email. Will 100% go in store for more plants. The plant itself is beautiful, in great condition and looks exactly like the image on the web! Genuine and personable service which is hard to come by these days, don’t hesitate to purchase.

Plants were great and equally good customer service. Thank you

5* service, products and knowledge

I stumbled across this amazing shop by per chance! Went in and had a lovely chat with Matt. Ended up buying 2 plants (that looked very, very healthy) that were reasonably priced. I got home and decided to check out the website and ended up ordering another 10 plants!! They were delivered a day after the order was placed. I was greeted by Matt who kindly took time out to tell me how to care for my new plants.

I would highly recommend this fabulous shop to anybody who loves plants as much as I do. :-)

Beautiful plants, really well looked after and great prices.

Plant was in really good condition. Was reduced to just £4.99 and packaged really well.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A good selection with new and different plants every time you visit.

The team at Green and Grounded responded to my request for local plant delivery super fast and we’re able to recommend the best plant based on my very vague description of what I wanted. Delivery was prompt and exactly when expected and they wrote a lovely card for me also - exceptional customer service all done with a smile and friendliness. I will definitely buy more from them. Thanks xx

Friendly, helpful service. Knowledgable, enthusiastic staff. Fabulous plants. Sending a photo of my phone order was really useful. Would buy again.

Great service and good quality products

This was my first time ordering from Greenandgrounded and I wasn't disappointed! The Monstera Pinnatipartita I bought was less than half the price of another one I have, was twice the size and arrived with fenestration and vining! I'm over the moon! :) x
