Konk Furniture Reviews

Really happy with product and customer service. Communication great too.

Outstanding large bookcase that came in three parts (as otherwise too large to get through the door) the make was outstanding, the delivery guys excellent (they took time to make sure the fit and build was correct with my wonky walls and floor!) and thrilled that I could source such a great piece of furniture in the UK (hit all my sustainability aims) Outstanding customer service and build time too - can't recommend them hightly enough

We have the extendable Refectory table tailored to our specific measurements. Beautiful design, craftsmanship and brilliant service. Could not recommend more!

I ordered a desk from Konk a bit more than 2 years ago (July 2023). It is basically a very large slab of rectangular oak (1.6m x 0.6m x 0.69m, 4cm thickness) with black steel legs underneath. This was a specific size I asked for that was slightly longer and slightly lower than stock if I recall correctly.

When I first got it, I was impressed with the aesthetics and also the sturdiness. Two years in, nothing has changed -- feels as if it'll still be this solid in 100 years. Excellent piece. It was significantly more expensive than my old Ikea desk, but the height/length/fit in room is exactly right and the quality is tangible.

I have ordered a set of two Yackt Chairs - Prime Oak - Clear Matt finish and I'm so so pleased with them! The quality of finish and aesthetics are perfection and the colourway of the oil finish is exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend, well done for making great quality products with sustainable materials.

Detailed discussion took place before I placed the order. This meant that I received exactly what I wanted. The shelves ordered fit the space I had available. I have never had as many people say how good a job they were. The dovetail joints are a key element of these lovely shelves. Delivery service was spot on and included in the price.

I love KONK! We have ordered twice from KONK now and both times the service and quality has been outstanding. I don’t know why I wasted my time looking elsewhere. I was so impressed. The service was excellent, from the detailed drawings (to make sure my bespoke requirements were right) to the handling of payment. And the end result is just lovely. Well done, keep doing what you’re doing.

My Konk desk is exceptional. It is made to the right dimensions for me and is beautifully made. The team were really responsive and helped create the perfect piece of furniture.

Buying online furniture sometimes comes with its frustration mostly because you haven’t seen what you’re buying but with Konk we had no such worries. Extremely easy process with very helpful staff. Very easy to negotiate around their website and when our beautiful piece of furniture arrived it was set up for us very quickly and with professional and helpful staff. We love our desk.

Super responsive customer service and so helpful when we visited the workshop to choose our table and the best finish. Lead time exactly as promised and delivery by friendly team. The table is beautiful and we love it.

From initial enquiry to delivery of a beautiful bespoke coffee table, Konk have provided an excellent and considerate service. They did exactly what they said they would do! The design and contracting process was seamless. The design and finish of the table is flawless

Lovely media unit, beautifully made. The team have been great and accommodating. We will be coming back for other pieces without question. Thanks to the Konk team.

From first contacting Konk to delivery of our coffee table and media unit the experience has been first class. Matched by the team’s knowledge of and workmanship with wood which are also first class. Put simply we are very happy that we found Konk.

From initial enquiry, through to the ordering process, delivery and arrival - all first rate. I love my Zonk!

Absolutely delighted with the shelves. Exceptional quality. The whole experience with Konk was great from start to finish.
Thank you

I couldn't be happier. The finished product is exceptional and just what I wanted. But also Konk were such a pleasure to work with. Their Comms were incredible, could not have been more helpful and responsive throughout the process. 5*'s 🤩

I am exceptionally pleased with the table I had made for me, it is beautifully designed, made and finished. The customer service and delivery is also excellent.

My experience with Konk from start to finish was fantastic. The design team, Sophie, Amy and Jasmine were unbelievably helpful. The delivery also went very smoothly.
The table itself is beautiful and excellent quality. Thank you!

We’re absolutely delighted with our new table! It’s a custom-made oak kitchen table, and the team was fantastic from start to finish. We weren’t too sure about the size at first, but they guided us through different options and gave really helpful recommendations.

The only bit of feedback we’d share is that choosing the finish and understanding the aftercare felt a little overwhelming. if that process were a bit simpler, it would easily be a 6-star experience.

Thanks again! We’ve already been recommending your service to everyone we know!

I am so impressed with Konk Furniture. Thank you very much. I already own 3 pieces - a shelf, a large desk and a sideboard. The design, quality and craftsmanship is to the highest standards. Everything can be adjusted to fit your space, which is so important as I can never find the right size furniture for my needs. It may seem a bit expensive, but when you see the product in real, you realise what you pay for. It's a solid furniture to last a lifetime, I am definitely ordering again for my lounge project. Thank you Konk Team!
