Good clear website and buying experience. Laptop delivered quickly and very well packaged in custom packaging that suggested attention to detail by this company. Laptop seems to work perfectly and certainly warrants its Grade B assessment, with just a few paint chips here and there which is to be expected. Build is clean, ready to make my own.

But it wasn’t so easy to set up…
I am computer phobic, but first got my niece to set up and failed but my brother in law sorted it out…..
Better simple instructions are needed I think… but a lovely reconditioned computer for my son to do Solidworks CAD for his collage course.

Fantastic. They helped me with my requests to find the right laptop let me come to the store to try the laptop in advanced with my programs, even put in Windows 10 instead of 11 to help with compatibility issues I was telling them about. They really put the ‘custom’ in customer service

Product (Dell laptop) was as described and fully functional (although I've only had it 5 days!). Delivery was on time, and packaged extremely well.

I was a little wary of ordering from what appears to be a relatively small operation, but the fact they gave a detailed description, including photos, of the exact product you are ordering (unlike the bigger players in the refurbished market) , and also, after doing some research, they seemed very professional and committed to offering great products at affordable prices.

I bought a refurbished surface laptop studio 2, at about 45% of the retail price. 1 year old. It is in excellent conditions, and I wouldn't know it has been refurbished if someone wouldn't have told me so, as it looks like it could be new.
