Very easy to get to my preferred option. I had to call and talk with staff regarding some customisation, and they were excellent - responsive, informative and with a great attitude.

No hassle website

Really pleased I found them
My laptop arrived within 48 hours of me ordering it and was/is in perfect condition. It cost about £400 below the RRP. I’d ordered a Bluetooth mouse to go with it. They’d run out of the one I’d paid for, so they sent me a more expensive one at no extra cost.

Great customer service
Great customer service, but the deal was not so good. I purchased a refurbed laptop with some superficial damage through GreenGreenStore, but then discovered the original manufacturer was offering the same laptop, brand new and undamaged, at a sightly cheaper price! GGS gave me a refund immediately and with no quibbles.

We're glad to have assisted you with a no quibble refund. We commend that you've reached out very quickly - before we have dispatched the item (as result the refund was extra prompt in this example).
We would kindly point out: that the AMD powered model that you've noted as sold elsewhere, does have a noteably different processor, to the Intel Core i7 model available on our site. AMD & Intel are different companies, and as result the products with different processor spec, will often have different prices.

The laptop (Zenbook Duo) was, delivered on time, in the condition it was described, and I'd not been able to find one anywhere else for a similar price.
Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to to recommend the GreenGreen site to friends. In fact, I already did.
While everyone can claim they act out of altruistic or environmental motivation this sometimes comes with an extra cost. Genuine service and you get what you are promised here.
