I have to cancel my order even if it was enroute. Trust your gut and instinct. I contacted my bank for a dispute and let this company know also that my bank will be in contact with them for a refund. I asked this company not to make it difficult to get a refund. Viola, I got a response saying my orders were canceled and I will be refunded.

I also got a threat to whoever this VP thinks he is that they can file oral defamation should I say bad things about them. Wow, dude this is not how you resolve customer issues.

Please just buy local and don't be tempted by this too good to be true deals.

Just hoping to help others, I did receive seeds but they were definitely not for the plants I ordered. I ordered a variety and all the seeds looked the same. I tried to grow them and not a SINGLE ONE has sprouted. I am quite comfortable with growing from seed and been gardening for a long time. Was trying something new and I'll never do that again. PLEASE save your money- bogus China fraud.

THIS IS NOT A SCAM, I too purchased about $100 worth of seeds and then a week later I researched and found this sight. After reading all the reviews I was convinced I got scammed. Then a week ago I received my seeds! All packages of seeds were marked with numbers and I know my mango seeds looked like mango seeds and my wisteria seeds looked like wisteria seeds that since have even germinated.

These guys are not actually shipping out of Nevada. They ship out of China. I did not get a tracking number, had to ask for one. The number never worked. The seeds I received were not the right seeds and they did not germinate. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Over 72 seeds planted. Only 3 of the same sprouted and they weren't even what I ordered.

Took a whole month to get to my house. I didn't mind that too much. I finally have my seeds and I can grow. But 4 separate times I tried to get these seeds to germinate. Only 3 out of 72 seeds germinated out of my 4 attempts. I wish I saw Trust Pilot before I placed my order.

ZERO COMMUNICATION, AFTERCARE RESPONSE

Delivery was slow, I didn’t mind that much.
The seeds don’t look like what I ordered. So I asked for clarification and had no response on email and facebook. Has been a couple of weeks now.
I am now struggling to get them to germinate and can’t do anything about it.
Waste of time and money. Do not use this company.

What was I thinking! I thought this was an American based company and even called their US number with no answer of course. I had no idea they are CHINA based scammers! Never again will I buy from them. Guess you got me this time, but never again!

Plants turned hermy, all of them I know it wasnt the environment I can except one hermy but all of them. I’m never ordering from them again

I received my seeds but they don't look like the seeds I ordered. Succulent seeds should be fine. Geranium seeds are long and thin with a tail, these are larger round seeds. I will plant them, but don't hold out much hope that they are what I ordered.

Were happy to process refund

Like many of you, I felt misled from seeing that they post from China even though they are an American company. After reading nearly 100% of reviews reported this company as being a scam and refusing to refund, I thought I better quickly contact them to cancel my order and request a refund. They were very quick to respond and instantly refunded me. They pointed out that many companies are now based in the US but have their warehouse in China and that if you look into their shipping information on their page that they do in fact state they are being sent from China (which is true).

Now I wish I had given them a chance after already purchasing to see if I did receive a quality order.

I placed two $35 (approximate) orders but they never arrived. Went back on the web page but everything I try to login password is wrong. Tried many times to reset my but it wouldn't take. Email said sending a code but never received code. There's no way to even call them. I too feel this is a scam.

Ordered triple petal Oxalis bulbs in two different orders, both times I received Oxalis Triangularis bulbs plus over 600 seeds which none germinate, sent over 6 emails over a 5 week period not a response.

I ordered 5 lots of Double Petunia Seeds.
While GSG is an American website, the seeds came from China, however, only 3 varieties came and were not labeled as to what variety.
Contacted GSG twice but no response.
Tried several times but could not get seeds to sprout.

Wish I had seen this site before I was scammed out of $30 bucks. Joke. Why isn’t someone shutting down this company???

Please research this company on better Business Bureau’s website!!!

bought cactus seeds, planted them in new soil, and got weeds.

I feel so stupid - I spent good money to buy weed seeds.

This is an update of my review of June 19, 2021 with the title "ordered 6 packets of mixed cactus seeds". Zero germination and I am having serious doubts that these are actually cactus seeds. As I noted in my first review, many (if not most) of the cactus seeds that I have sown have been black in color. The seeds received from this company are all brown. Also, any authentic packet of mixed cactus seeds is going to contain some Opuntia seeds, given that it is the largest genus in the cactus family. These packets contained zero Opuntia seeds (Opuntia seeds are very distinctive relative to other cactus genera). How this company can still be in business is mind-boggling. Too bad we couldn't all band together and get a class-action suit going. This SHAM of a company needs to be brought down. I'm not even going to try to get a refund. I'm considering my $26 loss as self-punishment for not having read reviews of this company before ordering. If anyone has any ideas about how to put this company out of business, please chime in.

If i had known this company was based in china i would never have even considered purchasing. Extremely misleading. I can now guarantee the photos are doctored, and postage will now take a few months rather than weeks. Disgusting

I place orders based on their website photos when my seed sprouts not even closed to what I had ordered.
I sent an email with photos of what is growing in my yard. Of course, they would not reply to my email for identification. Do not waste your money just order from what is known in the USA, not from this Chines company.
