I ordered albuca spiralis from this company. After a few months I realized I was growing weeds. I contacted them and they were not really helpful. I even sent them pictures and the outter package. Did not realize they were coming from China. Company comes off as they are in the U.S. Now they have my money and I have weeds

Purchased over $200 of various succulent seed varieties. After nearly 3 months received seed that wasn't labelled, only numbered with a list in Chinese writing. Most of the multiple seed packets looking identical even though numbered differently. What grew was ZERO succulents. OVER $200 FOR SUCCULENT SEEDS AND NO SUCCULENTS!!! I since found out that this "business" is not even American or in the states at all as it appears on its website. Total scam front. How is this "business" and website still allowed to operate and still rip off innocent people?!

I ordered what was supposed to be succulents.
Made it through customs, only to start growing what looks like weeds from my back yard.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.
They are in CHINA.

This is a really bad seller!!! Nothing grew after two months delivery!

I ordered seeds on 10/4/20 order #52834 finally arrive in 1st week of December with no seed in the package but there is a note that the seed was intercept at custom in SF no permission to ship in US , please dont order from this company is BS company .
I want a refund , they just take your money and run the other way

I ordered strawberry seeds and they turned out to be pigweed. They keep ignoring me. SCAM.

An empty package arrived from China, contents confiscated by US customs. Vendor does not provide the necessary plant documentation for entry into the US. Avoid if you don't wish to throw your money away.

Scam. I've been sent seeds labelled as the ones I ordered when I can see they are clearly not. These specks of nothing in no way resemble the large round tree seeds they're supposed to be. On top of this, this is a Chinese company posing as a US one. Stay clear

Just like everyone else here, apparently, I had NO CLUE these were coming from China. And waiting quite a while until I got them, not that I have the 2 bulbs, they look bad. I'm going to try to salvage them by soaking them in water, but I'm really hoping I didn't waste $25. It's on me for not looking for reviews, but like it was mentioned before, NOWHERE on the website does it even LOOK like it's coming from another country. I got an order confirmation email from John, but my receipt received was completely in Chinese. I'm just bummed. I thought I was buying from a local place.

I'm not the "Must Buy American" type and I've been stumped by international orders that I thought were US-based before, but upon further examination of sites, I always found traces of the actual country of origin. Not this one, though.
It's been over a month and I just now decided to look at the reviews and see ALL BAD. Great. And the latest review I saw from this month says their seeds were destroyed at customs? That's $30 down the drain. 4am shopping on a site that seems too good to be true? I guess not looking for reviews was stupid. That one's on me.
Still... nowhere on their site indicates they're coming from China. NOWHERE. They don't even mention it in their shipping information. They don't even list it as one of the many countries listed in their shipping information.

Awful. They label their site as American, phone number and address. Totally not the case and they know it! Shipping gets stopped in customs and destroyed as contraband and their refund policy states they won’t return your money if your order doesn’t get through customs. Well if they had an American address on their site as their only location then why is it shipping from China?? I wish I saw this list of negative reviews before I fell for their scam...

It says the company is located in Nevada on their website but my shipment came from China. The seeds look good but I have no way of identifying what seeds are what. I received 6 pouches labeled 1-6 and no way to reference back to my order.

I received my seeds 3 months after I ordered them. They came from China despite believing I was ordering from USA.
I ordered various seeds and the seeds arrived with no colour indication! So I don't know what colours I am planting.
Zero response from company that claims they have 24/7 customer service.

I received seeds over 2 months later from China! Company claims to be in Nevada! The bulb was all molded one pack of seeds moldy as well. Still waiting on other shipment. I would not recommend this company, false info on site.

I ordered in May. My order was supposedly shipped but then didn't move after May 31. Today, July 6, I asked for a refund because it has been almost 2 months. They insulted me and called me stupid. They told me they don't need my business and told me to go learn how to read because their policy says 60 days.

What a scam. Ordered these over a month ago and haven't received them. Filing a fraud claim with my bank.

Nothing ever arrived after nearly 2 months. Seeds actually come from China. They have a ton of FAKE reviews on their site to make them seem legit. Given fake tracking number that says it is in pre shipment. Update: at day 70 after I ordered the seeds finally arrived. Since they took so long I had ordered other seeds from elsewhere. The seeds from green seeds do not resemble the seeds of the same variety from other sites. Particularly the passion flower seeds.

I ordered Azalea seeds on May 1, 2020 and the last tracking notification I got said that it was handed over to the airlines on May 18, 2020. today is June 22, 2020 and I still have not received the seeds. The tracking number indicates the seeds are coming out of China and during the ordering process that fact was never expressed. The whole operation seems a little shady and I feel like I’m getting scammed.

I ordered 2 months ago. Never received anything. The tracking number I was given has never been activated, according to UPS Couriers. This company is a scam. Wish I had googled reviews first.
