They were incredibly on top of it, very fairly priced, and extremely careful and efficient in the whole moving process. They arrived exactly when they said they would, wrapped all our furniture very carefully, and ensured everything was reassembled and exactly where we wanted it at the new house.

Everyone I worked with from scheduling to the actual moving day were fantastic. I had a quick turn-around time to find movers and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule with less than two days’ notice. The movers were very nice, and professional, all while moving incredible fast and carefully. This is my 3rd time moving with movers and these guys were definitely the best!

I am not upset about the broken stuff. I even understand losing a few things. .....but please tell me how do you lose 55" tv's, Hugh Utility shelves, entertainment chairs etc.
Then when you call the lady that takes your report is rude and mean and tells you how stupid you are

Moved over a year ago. Movers were prompt, courteous, and were focused on getting the move completed in a reasonable time frame. Phone calls with Kevin and all information from him made the move a lot less stressful for all of us.

Kevin was easy to work with and had the most accurate pricing for our move. Fast, efficient and easy.

It is rare as one can see from my profile the negative reviews I've written amongst almost 200. I am so disappointed in how this move ended and was conducted by Eli and his company, even when given two weeks and multiple opportunities to avoid two police reports, insurance claim and this negative review. Overall the first part of the trip and packing was great with care taken to disassemble desks, furniture etc with a reassurance it would be put back together. Our items went from Florida Texas and reasonably I assumed of course items would be broken after traveling several states. However what I did not assume was just how many large pieces of furniture was damaged to the point of not being able to fix it, including my most solids wood pieces which I did not anticipate being broken. i would say out of all of my furniture foe a
large 4 bedroom house, only 3 pieces weren't broken or completely scraped up on 75% of
all tops , sides, and bottoms.
Once I saw the large truck arrive in Texas extending almost three full house lengths storing 8 families items, part of me saw how it could happen. It was stacked about the height of three tall men. A man literally climbed the bottom pieces to pull the top pieces which of course created an avalanche type situation. It was impossible for them to not further damage already broken items. Only one piece was reassembled and everything left in disarray. Despite boxes being labeled and telling the young men where to place the items, things were everywhere and in all the wrong rooms. It was impossible to supervise 5 guys in a huge rush while unpacking. They were very nice but completely careless with our items. At least 8-10
Items were labeled as ours that were not and I kept telling them to keep it. I walk away for 30 minutes for work meeting and they finished up. I ended up without expensive bed frame I had already confirmed was ours, a toolbox of tools that was stolen priced at about 5k, and two benches, ottoman and yard soil that was not mine.
Despite asking the owner to work with us he did not. We decided we would file a police report for the toolbox and items in both Florida and Texas. Going through their insurance is pointless as they have a high threshold before they will
Cover anything and of course requiring receipts etc that most families don't have for items that aren't new. We wanted to walk away from it al and asked for $250 in order to pay two
Lola handyman to put together the pieces left behind from his team. He refused. We have two weeks for him to sort out to no avail. Despite hating to drive and not wanting to spend the days driving cross country, i completely regret not doing it on my own.
Regretful of using their services.

The packers for Green Van Lines Moving Company did a good job packing our household goods. We had minimal damage to our goods. However, our family had four expensive mountain bikes. The following bikes were loaded, but not delivered to our home in GA: GIANT Talon-II 27.5 MTB and a Haro 24" MTB. Even though all four bikes were loaded, the packers only listed three out of the four bikes. They scrambled to get everything on the trucks and then told us "if anyone asks, were were here until 9:30 PM." They left our house with our goods at 7:30 PM. The company did not find our bikes. The deliver driver called the packers and they had an argument about knowing the bikes were packed on our truck. Bottom line, we will not get these expensive bikes back. They were either lost, or someone from Green Van Lines got two expensive bikes. I would not recommend their services.

This is the worst moving company I have ever used, being an consultant I have moved many times, with good experiences, except for this company.

The movers damage 2 TV’s, computer monitor, broke off recliner lever, scratches on TV stand and bedroom furniture, and lost a vacuum cleaner.

Today is Christmas Eve and I have moved from storage to my new home.
The three movers Willie, Joe and Sirderious worked really hard to move all our stuff which full of 2 20x10 storage items.

I greatly appreciated all the help and Thanks to Green Van line to help us enjoy our new home on Christmas.

I had numerous problems with this company, unfortunately. In summary, I was charged approximately $700 more for my move than originally quoted; several large and relatively expensive items were lost in the move (including a brand new power generator, mattress and mini-trampoline), and several more items, including a desk and bookcase, were damaged. In addition, a $450 sterling silver pendant containing my recently deceased husband's thumbprint went missing after the move (I can't say it was stolen, I don't know for sure, but I noticed that it was missing after the movers left). The item was of great sentimental value to me.

But what really bothered me about the whole process was the lack of appropriate communication and concern for the issues by the employees of Green Van Lines.

I reached out to the company immediately with my concerns; specifically, to Michael, one of the directors of Green Van Lines in the Dallas area - who was slow to reply via email, didn't bother to call me back, offered no apologies, and instead sent one-line responses addressing only the missing items, for which he finally simply said, "call this number to file a claim" - which I did. It has now been two weeks since my move was completed, and 9 days since I called to file a claim, and I am still waiting for a callback to get the claim filed. I was told that I would only be reimbursed .60 per pound rather than for the full value of the items. This is unfair, as two items were very lightweight but cost me $500 and $200, respectively.

When Michael came to assess my home to provide a personal moving quote, he was very friendly and assured me that Green Van Lines was not a "bait n' switch" company as many others, which provide a quote but then end up charging customers far more. He told me if I added any other items that the final quote would be higher, of course. In the end I did add 8-10 additional boxes (regular medium to large sized moving boxes) but I have a hard time understanding how that would add $700 to the final move. He also told me I would not be charged for things like packaging, but in the end I was, in addition to some boards that were a part of one of the beds. I brought the matter up to him several times and he simply stated that the final inventory showed 20+ more boxes than the original, which I know was not right. He didn't address the broken items, packaging costs or the extra charges for the boards that were part of one of the beds (I thought that should have been accounted for in the initial evaluation).

When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I was being provided, he simply stated that he didn't know what else he could do for me (instead of asking what my concerns were. When I re-stated the issues, he didn't reply). A simple phone call to address my concerns right away, along with an apology would have meant a lot and could have gone a long way toward resolving the issues, but instead I felt brushed off; almost as if I were a bother to him.

I spent $4,275 to move the equivalent of a two bedroom home from Dallas to Centennial, Colorado and expected better service than this. To be fair, Michael did attempt to reconcile the final box count with the inventory on the initial quote, and checked the company's warehouse for the missing items, but in the end, the only solution I was given was to file a claim for the missing items. My concerns about being overcharged were basically left unresolved.

I would have given this company a better rating, despite the issues, if somebody - anybody - had simply called me right away to fully address my concerns. One-line email responses days later, and incomplete answers, just doesn't cut it. Thanks

We had a complicated move, where our new apartment wasn't ready when we expected it to be. The crew was incredibly helpful in accommodating last minute updates to our move. And Andres and team did an excellent job taking care of and moving all our possessions.

This was our fourth move (TX to MO) and using Green Van Lines was hands-down the best experience we have had! Pedro s team was outstanding hardworking, respectful of our belongings, personable, and professional to the max. Not one mark on a wall, broken, or misplaced item! The team notified us at several points about their arrival time for both pickup and delivery. The office team and the men on Pedro s crew exceeded our expectations in every aspect of our move. We highly, highly recommend using Green Van Lines for your next move!

From the start Misty was so nice and extremely helpful in putting my moving into motion.
The team of men that helped us move from Lewisville TX to Killeen TX were excellent. Right on time, loaded everything in truck and showed great care in putting my possessions in my new home. They were very polite and worked very diligently. I would recommend your company to others.

Initial load went well. Wrapped and repackaged to improve experience beyond what I did to pack everything.

First move in 20+ years but comparing to 3 previous moves, it is an excellent move so far.

Our experience with Green Van Lines from beginning, to the end was FABULOUS!! We first contacted GVL (Green Van Lines) in Dallas when we were looking for a climate-controlled, SAFE location to store our belongings. GVL stored, and protected our possessions for an entire year. GVL then assisted us in organizing a cross-country move. The long-distance move could not have gone any smoother! GVL assisted and supported us EVERY step of the way, treating our possessions as if they were their own. Reliable, and on time! Every one of the staff members went beyond what would be considered excellent Customer Service. Every member of the staff that we worked with was professional, helpful and very friendly. GVL is the ONLY company I will ever work with in the future, should we need to move again. Based on our incredible experience I can highly recommend using GVL for your storage, or moving needs. Special shout-out to Guy & Vic....ya'll are amazing!
