We really loved the crew we had that moved us. Jason was polite and very professional. He also had a FANTASTIC sense of humor!! The men that working with Jason were very nice and professional as well. Guy was AWESOME as well. He answered all my questions and didn't even mind me texting him after hours and on weekends when I had questions. I would highly recommend Green Van Lines to anyone who is moving.

The move was great and very fast. The movers were polite and worked very quickly - they did a great job! The only negative was noticed after the fact; the screws for our refrigerator handles, the pins for my bookshelves, and the feet for my treadmill all went missing. A girl from the office called me after the move to see how everything went and mentioned it to her. She told me she would see what they could do and get back to me. I haven't heard from them since. We ended up having to pay out of pocket to replace all those things. It's not a huge deal, I can see how it could happen in a big move, but still disappointing. I'm more disappointed that the office didn't follow up as they said they would.

I would highly recommend Green Van Lines - from the quote to the unloading of the last piece of furniture, these guys were great. Quote was right on, and the crew that did the move was fantastic. I will use Green again, and will not hesitate to suggest them to friends and family.

The first person I talked to was guy. We set up an appointment for him to meet me at my appartment, so that he could give me an estimate of what was being pack and stored. One thing I really liked is that Guy explained the whole procees of what was going to take place....Answered all questions...He was available 24 hrs a day If needed.......If he does not answer he is with another customer, but he will get back to you...On the day of the move I forgot to put somthings on the truck...I called Guy he called the movers to let them know. Jason which was the name of one of the movers came back the same day to pick up what was forgotten to be put on the truck...I will definitely recommend Green Van Line. They will do what ot take to make your transiion go smooth with out the headache and stress...Everyone was great..👍

Green Van Lines help us twice in our recent move - once to move some of our items to our lakehouse in east Texas (including our piano!). The second time was our local move from a 4200 sq ft house (packing everything!) into a 3 story 2100 sq ft house. Needless to say hauling some of our existing furniture up three levels of stairs was challenging, but the boys were up to the task. They even helped me move items into our 4th floor attic. They had a great attitude the whole time and really made the move as stress-less as a move possibly can be. All at what I judged to be a very fair price. Thanks Green Van! Arthur and his crews did a great job on both the loading and unloading. It was a large move with many delicate items. Everything was packed well and nothing was broken. Definitely recommend.

Overcharged me by an hour! Estimated it would take much longer to unload than it did. I requested refund 3 weeks ago with no follow up from Arthur. I have damaged chair and sofa that was stained....once again, no follow up!!
Charged for new boxes however brought used boxes. Never will refer or use again

Guy and the crew came through when I was left in a very bad spot due to another mover. Trust me, always work with a company that comes out and meets you, don't work through the internet services you will be disappointed.

The people at the store in Carrollton, Texas were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to have a successful move across the country. They helped us determine how many boxes we would need, how many blankets, etc. They made sure each truck had a 2-Wheel Cart to help us load and unload too. The trucks ran great, except for one that tended to drift across lanes. I would recommend U-Haul to anyone making a move.

Did not get all that they should have,even though they were shown and it was in the quote. The men were hard workers ,and were very polite After I showed them some things, I didn't check. They just didn't get it all

Green Van Lines did a great job with an across town move of my household of furniture and goods to another home and partial drop off at a storage facility. They prepared, loaded, moved and unloaded items efficiently and carefully with no damage. I would gladly use them again and recommend them.

My move started with a call to remind me they were coming and then one telling what time. Jason's crew showed up with smiles that lasted throughout the end of packing. Green Van Lines did everything they committed to. Next my entire household showed up when Raam, the driver, said it would. It was unloaded carefully and placed where I asked to be. Raam noticed marks on the stair well and went to Home Depot for supplies to remove them. It looks good as new. We're considering moving again just to see the gang we now consider friends!

This company I would highly recommend They were on time worked very hard and fast. All my items arrived in perfect condition. Never had this type of great service and I have used two other companies which I will not name which lost and damaged my furniture

After only minimal research, I was running out of time to decide on a mover, so I took the advice of a colleague at work who had used them 3 years earlier and was so pleased she used them again recently. I am SO GLAD I did. Everyone involved -- Rocky, Isaac, Jason, Grande and Oman -- were superb! They listened to my concerns and desires, were timely, careful, professional and pleasant. The move went so smoothly. With the guaranteed maximum pricing, it was affordable as well. I liked the fact they are environmentally conscious, planting trees for each move (though I found out about them too late to use their recycleable boxes), I am glad to give an unqualified thumbs up and a BIG THANK YOU to all involved!.
