Been over a month since they took my money, no products received, customer service is a joke, no response.

Placed an order for over $100.00 in June, 2026 using the Shop app for make the purchase. No updated delivery information, and I am still waiting for my order, August, 2026. I have tried customer service 3 times, they are sorry and "expediting" my issue (July 18, 2026) no answers, no actual support. Asked for a refund and still waiting on that.

Terrible company to deal with. AI Chatbot responses to support request. When asked to refund my money after 30 + days of not receiving anything from them i was sent a UPS tracking number which NEVER gets updated. Complete GARBAGE of a company.

I ordered gloves for b day gift in June. They told me it was coming now it is August, now after cotacting them many (more than 5) they keep telling me they are coming, I ask numerous times for a refund, nothing, I tried so hard to support this company after watching many tv ads, and I am so disappointed I support first responders and veterans every chance I get but after a month of them not making this right, I want my refund and I would never buy from them again

I placed an order with Grill Rescue in June and I still don’t have my order. I’ve reached out, probably 100 times with zero response. I’ve called the number on there website and it says “Black Market”. These so called firefighters are fraudsters. Letting you know they’ve also charged my credit card. I have two sons who are firefighter paramedics and they are twice the men as the guys on the commercials. Scammers

Ordered my July 4th special and have not received it. Their tracking service provides no updates. Grillrescue does not respond to emails of which I have sent 6. Now approaching August and I have had two BBQ’s with no items I ordered.

Do not recommend at all. I ordered on 6/21 and my order is still under label created. All I have received is a cookie cutter response to be patience. It is well over a month and they refuse to cancel and refund my money.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Shocked they’re still running commercials.

Run do not walk away from this company! They are absolutely terrible! Perfect example of a company that spends tons of money to put an ad on Fox News and then when the orders start coming in, they can’t fill them! I placed an order more than three weeks ago and I have seen nothing yet. I’ve emailed multiple times and I’ve gotten nothing back from them. I will never ever buy another thing from this disgusting shitty company again.

I would like to give a zero review! I placed an order and my card was charge the next day. It has been 3 weeks now and after 3 emails to customer support and 2 phone calls (only getting a voicemail) I have received no help and order is still "preparing order". No customer service whatsoever so today I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Poorly run company...buyer beware!

I returned the product unused in original packaging, sent proof of return receipt and still no refund. Customer service only provides email with automatic replies. No phone number

I ordered two pair of gloves from rescue. They were delivered promptly, but the package was severely damaged.And the gloves themselves were covered with mildew spots. While the original damage may have been a shipping issue, rescues custom and support response was not. I notified them immediately of the problem and sent pictures. Well, I keep sending me notices of great deals and discounts.They have not responded directly to my request for a refund or replacement. The gloves themselves are essentially useless, given their contamination. I would not buy from them again based exclusively on their lack of customer support.

Zero customer service. Constant misrepresentating their product. They don't stand behind what they say! Stay away and save your money!

On June 17/2026, I ordered from Grill Rescue at their site grillrescue.com supported by Shop.com after watching a segment of The View. I received a receipt via email and shortly after an email from shop.com confirming that it would be shipped. After more than a week I tracked the order to find that it had not been shipped. Two weeks later again, the order had not been shipped. I asked shop.com for help and was told that I must reach out to Grill Rescue. I reached out via email on multiple occasions only to receive automated email responses, the exact same response each time from "Danielle." No personal response. I finally asked for the order to be cancelled, with still the same automated response not recognizing my request to cancel. I finally found a telephone number to call and left several voicemails, none of which have been returned. Now, more than a month later still no products and no response. I have already ordered and received similar products that were to be a gift and no longer need these products. Unfortunately, my Comenity Mastercard is also taking a long time to respond to my request for reimbursement but apparently is working on it.

Ordered from them beginning of July. Nothing shipped so I asked to cancel and refund. They asked me to wait another week. OK, another week and the order still has not shipped. Asked again to cancel and refund. they will not refund the order. It still has not shipped. Avoid ordering from this company.

I placed an order 12 days ago and have not heard anything from the company. I've sent help requests and received a reply 2 days ago that they would look into it. No further response and no order.

I saw a commercial on TV with a promo code: buy one pair of rescue gloves, get a second pair free. Well, I do a lot of grilling, and it looked like they might actually be pretty decent, so I decided to give it a try.

I went to the site, put in the promo code, and it wouldn't accept it. I messed around with it, trying different pairs of gloves until I found one where it appeared to accept the code.

I ordered, and when they came in, there was only one pair of gloves in the package. I reached out to them through their published email address. Instead of someone who wanted to help me, I got back a message saying, "Well, it looks like only one pair of gloves were ordered," so you're screwed.

After my next email where I suggested they send me a second pair went unanswered, I sent them a third email saying, "Okay, I want to return the pair that I bought, and then I will try again to order and make sure that it shows two pairs this time."

That email went unanswered as well, so I sent them one more email with a screenshot of their return policy from their website and said, "I would just like to return these gloves."

Once again, no answer.

Maybe the gloves are good; maybe they aren't. I haven't used them yet because I thought I might be returning them.

All I can say is a company that sucks this bad at customer service is not a company that anyone wants to be dealing with.

I would give zero stars but I couldn’t. I ordered twice and still haven’t received anything. I have received emails that they received my order but no tracking numbers. When I did get a tracking number, it showed it was delivered to some porch somewhere but not mine! Their customer service is the worst! Actually, the customer service is nonexistent! DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! They may be firefighters but it seems they are also crooks!!! I want all my money back!!!!!!!

Once the order was placed, I never heard back from them. They get your money and unless you complain no order. When I sent a complaint they sent a message that they had run out of the product but once they were restocked would ship. Weeks went by and no order. I complained again and no response. Customer service is the worst. You will be lucky if you get your product. I would recommend on buying the knock off brand at least they respond to you. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER>
