We tried to order the grill rescue gloves sometime before Father's Day in June. Credit card was charged immediately; never received product; cancelled order after July 4th & called our credit card company to get our refund. Company is not transparent about whatever issues they are having. They're still advertising on FOX NEWS.

The grill rescue brush that is advertised with the scraper is not the one you get on sale false advertising. The handle broke the first time I used it. Not a good company to deal with.

I placed an order three weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I first contacted the company a week after asking why it hadn’t shipped yet. They said they would look into it but never followed up with me. I sent another email asking week later asking for an update and they gave me the exact same response and never followed up. I sent another email today and again got the exact same response. I told them that’s not acceptable and asked that they cancel my order to which they never responded. They did finally give an excuse that the carrier has been busy with the 4th of July and Father’s Day orders. However, if they are that backed up they shouldn’t be advertising so heavily- I get advertisements in my email almost daily. I would not recommend them to anyone. The customer service is terrible.

No customer service! Ordered this product by accident. Called the company immediately and all I got was voice mail that was never returned. Multiple messages and emails were sent. Still no answer.

At the end of my order I was given a chance to purchase an extra bush head at a good price so I bit, however when I received my order it wasn't in it. I then advised them of this and they of course didn't want to take my word but instead wanted me to jump through a bunch of hoops. The things they wanted me to do requires a smart phone which I don't possess.

Missing items. Was a gift, returned all received items. 5 emails, 4 voice messages and no return contact. Still waiting 2 weeks after they have received the items back and no refund and no contacts. Very poor customer service. Stay away

I love my grill rescue! My grill gets so clean and it used to be hard to clean with a wire brush. The steam cleaning is fantastic!

I just threw out my first grill pad after using it a year. I also put it in the dishwasher after every use.

I gave them one star because no stars was not an option. I ordered items for my son and husband for Christmas. They did not respond to my emails the days before Christmas when the items did not arrive. They did not respond to my emails in January, February or March. When I called my credit card company and reported them as fraud....I got part of the order a week later. This is not a good company to do business with. There is no integrity and communication is worse than terrible. Shop elsewhere.

I placed an order with Grill Rescue on 6/19/26, yet, as of 7/8/26, I have never received it. I sent several emails (unable to contact via text or phone!) with screenshots of all my order information. I only received an email stating they were “investigating” the situation. Unable to track order because shipping company has not received the order to ship!
Website is useless! No order info available!
I have demanded a full refund, but am still waiting!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Update (7/22/26): Grill Rescue REFUSED to give me a refund & I still NEVER received my order. I disputed my charges with my credit company. My credit card company issued me a credit and they are investigating my Grill Rescue complaint.

I ordered almost a month ago and have received no shipping info. I have emailed them and they were long to respond and never let me know when my order will ship. The customer service and shipping are borderline criminal at this point.

I saw this product on good morning America on June 11 2026. I was so excited because I didn’t have something for my father, my brother, or my brother-in-law‘s for Father’s Day. Their story was amazing and that if you place this order, it’s a great Father’s Day gift. Well here it is July 8 and I still have no product. I have tried getting in touch with this company and I cannot get in touch with anybody. I think this is a total scam. And the $318 that I spent with them I’m now going to have to dispute on my credit card. I wish I looked up their reviews before I purchased these items. Last week when I was googling them, I saw that they were also on good day, New York. How are these new stations putting this company on national TV promoting their products without doing the reviews on seeing their reviews. Absolutely terrible company. I contacted good morning America and they basically said that I am SOL with them and I need to just dispute on my credit card. I will not trust the products that good morning America puts on their national station without vetting the company that they’re promoting any longer. If I could give this company a zero star I would. If they have any good reviews, they’re totally people getting paid to write a good review. There’s no way anybody could write a good review about this company.

Horrible! These guys are WAY out over their skis. Products are too expensive and you may never receive them.

Trying to get an order cancelled and refunded right now. If you don’t need it until next summer grilling season, you might give them a try. They way oversell their inventory and shipping capacity.

They should stick to fire fighting. Plenty of those right now and hopefully they’re better at that!

I purchased the Grill rescue cleaning kit for my husband for fathers day
It cleaned the grill fairly well, but was in no way cleanable or reusable
Customer service said to just throw it in the dishwasher or the washing machine or hand wash it. I would never throw a grease soaked cleaning head with a metal scraper attached into my dishwasher or washing machine. I did try soaking it in dawn overnight, but was still not able to clean it

Terrible customer service and shipping logistics. Two orders that I placed as gifts were both weeks late- one was placed 16 days ahead of the birthday date but still has not shipped. So, both orders will be too late to arrive on time as gifts. Check the other negative reviews and be forewarned.

While the grill brushes are really great, receiving the gloves has been a joke. I ordered a pair of american grill gloves for my husband several weeks before Easter (April 2026). Today it's July 2 and I still haven't received them! I have reached out to the company via email. They keep telling me they will look into it and no resolution other than they are having issues with their distributer. Yet I continue to see commercials saying to hurry up and order before they run out. I have asked for my money back several times. Last week was the last time I asked for my money and then they stopped responding to me. DON'T ORDER THE GLOVES! And customer service isn't that responsive.

We have a new grill grates and this so called brush did not work. Cooked one time with it. So not buy this product it does not work. Asking for a refund.

I ordered directly from their website. When I realized that they were charging $9.56 for shipping I immediately tried to cancel the order. No luck! I finally got a reply from Angela? who said I could refuse delivery from USPS. However, the brush was delivered by Amazon! I looked at Amazon and discovered it also sold the Rescue brush. Free shipping with Prime and no hassle returns. I think this is reprehensible that they do that and think they are dishonest. I have never used the brush and am still waiting for a return label. (Good luck with that.) There are better brushes on Amazon such as Grill Art. More expensive but works well and comes with an extra head.

Nothing actually went wrong because I didn’t know anything about them until a few minutes ago, but I saw their ad on TV and it just scared me to death. A man puts his hand on the grill with that glove on and just holds it there and holds it there and I’m afraid of young children see that they can think that’s it’s an OK thing to do. I think that’s terrible advertising. Just one person‘s opinion 

I have written three emails regarding orders. Grillrescue hasn't responded regarding the defective gloves.

I was thinking i was supporting a fire fighter from the U.S. As soon as I opened the box... MADE IN CHINA! So disappointed
