Once the order was placed, I never heard back from them. They get your money and unless you complain no order. When I sent a complaint they sent a message that they had run out of the product but once they were restocked would ship. Weeks went by and no order. I complained again and no response. Customer service is the worst. You will be lucky if you get your product. I would recommend on buying the knock off brand at least they respond to you. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER>

Avoid this company. I tried to order the FOX special. After I entered the code “FOX” and hit order it removed the discount code and charged my card the full amount. No order number, no way to access the order just placed. Sent them an email and crickets.

Trying to get my money back under the 30 day money back policy, again crickets. If successful I will have to their high shipping cost both directions. I will not do business with this company.

It has been over a month since I placed our order with them. I have tried calling, email and chat with them with no luck. Very, Very poor customer service. I would suggest you dont order from them.

I love the idea of the company being owned by firefighters and I paid a premium to get the products. I placed my order at the end of June in 2026 and today it is July 20 and I still have not received anything. When I go to the site, it says it’s still being processed. I have sent two emails through their system for support and they’re ignoring me. Unfortunately, you should not buy anything from this company.

Purchased a grill rescue brush and dunk tank 15 days ago and have not received anything. I have contacted customer service and they have not provided any information regarding product delivery.
Terrible customer service.

I signed in with Fox promotion with 1/2 off gloves and get one free. I purchased 3 and did not get the free gloves. I reached out to Customer Service and they just said I didn’t enter it correctly. Great gloves but BS on promotion.

Shipping was supposed to be 2 to 3 days. After 17 days, it still hadn't shipped.
We couldn't get ahold of customer service.
We sent them an email to cancel the order, they said that we would have to return it and pay for return shipping and send them the shipping number so they can track it. . They ignored the part about cancelling it.
Of course we can't ship it back because they haven't shipped it themselves.
A shame, we were looking forward to trying this out and it would be great for our Blackstone.

Haven’t received product or refund and I ordered May 10th,

Paid and no info on my order. Hard to make contact with customer service. Still haven’t received my order.

This company, cannot be reached, you cannot track your package. THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE OR ASK A QUESTION. DO NOT ORDER FROM GRILL RESCUE. WHEN YOU SEND SOMETHING TO THE HELP DESK THEY SEND YOU AN ARTICLE ON HOW TO WASH YOUR BRUSHES. AND THEY CHARGED ME $50.00 more than what is on line. the number that i found to call goes to black market something. total scam.

Zero customer service - stole my money (charged my card) and still have not shipped my order(9 days). They have no customer service, will not answer emails or messages.

I would have given them 2.5 if it was possible. The grill brush was a disappointing failure. They offered me to return it but I never got around to it. However, I use a wood bulk charcoal grill. Using a meat thermometer close to those coals is difficult with work gloves. The grill rescue gloves are a resounding success there! That is the product that gives me a 50/50 opinion of their products.

Haven’t received my order been almost a month I send texts all I get is were looking into it

I order a grill rescue brush a few weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I've had multiple emails with their support and all I get is BLA BLA BLA they'll let me know when it ships. I went with them because of their donation to fire departments but I need this for the summer and the clock is ticking. SO I've now told them to cancel

I ordered $120 worth of grill equipment on June 18th 2026 and it was to be delivered on the 26th of June. Today's date is July 14th and I have yet to receive the products I have ordered. I have contacted multiple times and they only state that they are working on a solution to my problem. I did not pay the 2.99 per item insurance fee as I have never paid an insurance fee for shipping. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the fact that I receive many text and emails daily with promotions the company is running as well as see them advertised on TV.

The actual "deal" is nothing close to what is being promised. Classic bait ands switch going on here. The "buy one at 50% off and get a second one free" does not exist in reality. The cost for one increases dramatically on the website. Buyer beware!!!!

The idea is good for grill cleaning, but where is the order in the process. I received an email from Grill Rescue that my order was shipped on June 24th but unable to find out where my order is. Almost 3 weeks later, no delivery.
I did receive an email today, July 13th from hello@grillrescue stating they've made another follow-up with the shipping courier.

This company will never improve. Text and emailed with no satisfactory response. Purchased over $100 worth of items and I believe this company actually is not trustworthy. Do not believe what they say on TV. It has been 2 weeks so I'll kiss my money goodbye. Always thought I could trust a fire fighter. BEWARE!!!

The Grill Rescue customer service is absolutely the worst... one of the GR heads broke after the first use.

I sent a customer service request, with pictures of the defect...this was on July 2, and as of July 12, nothing.

Anthony Tranchida (CEO) and Scott Mobley (a firefighter and the company's COO stop with all of the BS commercials on FOX and start paying attention the customers....Scott, you are the COO....get involved...
