No Tyres delivered
Ordered tyres - very little communication and then found out they are another company operating under the brand AD TYRES who I had ordered from before and who had cancelled an order on me earlier in the month - so this is the second order they have cancelled on me ... I've now placed a total of three orders with online [European] retailers [who make it look like they are in the UK] over three weeks and no tyres - just chasing refunds of now over £750.
My advice is to order from a UK online company like blackcircles.com, slightly more expensive but at least you get your tyres the next day!!

Zero customer service
I ordered 2 tyres to be fitted by a mobile fitter. I selected a mobile company from the list Grip 500 put up on their website. It turns out that the address they have for the mobile company is wrong and the courier could nor deliver the tyres. And now Grip 500 will refund me but take £25 because they say I supplied the delivery information, which of courde. I did not.
I have sent emails and opened tickets but had no reply. The only communication is from a "Johanna" which is obviously a computer. There is no phone number and no address. I wonder if this is a scam company

Beware of Domo tyres
Very prompt delivery because they were demo tyres they were very hard to get the bead to seal will think twice about using demo stock otherwise 5 star.
