Absolutely shocking service
Ordered tyres on the 15th of September and its now the 16th of October.. im still waiting for my tyres or a refund.. seems no one working for this company actually wants to help. Asked for a refund about 3 times already and no ones bothering getting back to me with actual information.
Shame as iv Ordered tyres from you before with out any problems untill now.

Update, never got my tyres. But i did get my refund after the 30 days we're up.

Bought my tyre from what I assumed was a irish website cone to find out its in Spain somewhere then waited 2 weeks for it to arrive and it didn't then I emailed where it was and got told oh its coming through England so it can take longer so I left it a week longer and still no sign of it....when I went to ask for my money back they said they had to make a claim and as it should have been done the week before when clearly it was lost they said I still need to wait a week longer to even get my money back

Disappointed with purchaice in this shop.
Firstly I've got only 2 tyres instead of ordered 4
Second I'm waited delivery for 2 days when the tyres was already in Dublin depo, and I go to collect it myself. The reason I'm waited was the seller didn't write my phone number on parcel. Next day I try to contact customer service of Grip500 shop and there no phone numbers. I opened the request ticket as explained there but nobody comeback to me even at next day, even on email. Next day I started conversation with some strange customer service on whatsapp where is no names of agent and again we have to write the text messages, no phone calls. Agent typing like a bot, probably copy and past standard words without specific explanations, and says they can transfer me to high level of support but it will be via email only. So, today is 8th days after I paid for tyres and still didn't get any answer where is my parcel. I'm happy that I choice pay[pal payment and all I want to do now is make a claim via paypal and ask my money back because I didn't receive the tyres.
From my point service on sales from Grip500 is very bad and I won't come back to this company again.

I don't know about other customers problems, but in my situation everything was perfect. Tyres arrived from Netherlans to Ireland in a 4 days, all as described, well packed
