Excellent service from Allen, so helpful with all our group bookings and a pleasure to deal with.

The process itself is a little confusing and perhaps more long winded than it could be but the staff are excellent, very helpful indeed. Ross was a star!

I am in the process of organising a trip for our young people, 17 in total for Lion King which is top of our student list. Due to the popularity of the show, Group Line Neil McMinnies had to keep searching for suitable dates for our Martial Art school, Neil was professional and helpful in changing our booking and we eventually got the school tickets. I can't thank Neil enough for seeking some very good seats. Brilliant service and I wouldn't hesitate to come again to Group Line.

As current Chair of the audience organisation, Friends of the Grand at the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton, I organise a member trip to the West End every year.
I must say that my dealings with Ross over the last year have been top drawer. He is both helpful and thorough in his communications with me and it certainly makes my life easier when dealing with a person who is genuinely interested in our organisation.

I regularly take clients to London - on a West End theatre trip. I used groupline many years ago and was always impressed with their service. I have now tried them again and was not disappointed. Neil was really helpful and efficient. I cannot fault their service.
