Have dealt with them for almost nine years. Have never had a problem.
Security and climate control is fantastic, and makes me feel secure.

Both Ted and Greg are really nice, and the site is well kept up.

Was very happy using Guardian Storage. It was always clean and carts available to use for moving a lot of things or heavy items. Also a bonus to have access to a moving truck at no charge for moving things into storage.

The Guardian storage facility in Washington, PA, offers climate controlled units which meet my needs perfectly. If you have any fine wood furniture, you sure don't want to store it where temperatures and humidity vary drastically, as they do outdoors! The folks in the office are very friendly and helpful. They are always responsive and show concern for any concerns I might have. The security provided is very reassuring, too.

Chose this facility for my son's storage needs because it was located directly across the street from where he was moving. The manager and staff made it easy to get the space and move his stuff in there. And now with the longer access hours it's even better. Rates are reasonable too. Recommended.

I reserve my highest reviews for companies that have caused me no problems in dealing with them. So you can be sure that Guardian Storage is doing its job right.

Lock stolen out of my cart after I passed an employee...subsequently burglarized of choice items. no help at all for management. bad attitude, denial. No recovery even on insurance without visible damage. and they have rats.

I have been using Guardian Storage on and off for a couple of years now and have always had positive experiences with not only the staff, but the units. Very professional!

A good storage facility for my things until I found a permanent residence after moving across country. Well maintained and friendly staff. Felt the unit was reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again if I needed a storage facility.

Guardian has raised their rent multiple times in the past 5 years... now costing more than most other storage facilities in the area. In the winter, the place is ridiculously cold inside so it's a must to remember this if you are storing anything that could be damaged, like snowglobes or other things filled with any liquids. Have been recently considering moving out of their facility and into a cheaper one close by. a number of them have great reviews.

If you have to put your stuff in a storage unit, this is really the place to do it. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and basically make it as easy as it can be, to get your stuff in and out. I stored my things at the location across from Whole Foods, so my 5-star rating is really for them, but I imagine the other locations are also well-run operations. They give you a truck, free, to use for moving in and out. You just have to reserve it a bit in advance. And they're really just as nice as can be when you're closing up shop and taking your stuff out of storage. All around great experience.

my son need to store some of his household goods. he was in the military headed to Iraq. so I traveled to Virginia to pick up his belongings ounce back in Pittsburgh Pa. I contacted guardian storage and was referred to a facility. After a discussion with the facility representative about what we had to store a decision was made on what unit was necessary the belongings. we packed everything in and that's were they stayed for a few years. he received an offer to relocate to Kansas and so finally it was time to unload the storage unit. upon arriving at the unit we noticed a sticky substance on the floor coming out from under the wall of the unit. once the unit was open and stuff moved around. there was furniture damage from some type of sticky substance. The furniture that was damaged was stacked on the same wall where the leakage was noticed outside the unit. There was nothing stacked on this furniture but other furniture. But there was a sprinkler head right above this stack of furniture. there was damage to three pieces of wood furniture that basically rendered it unusable. Well the conversation with the staff went like this. Did you get the insurance on the unit. well no I didn't. it was on the top floor of a climate controlled building with nothing but furniture in it. what could go wrong.? well its my belief that the sprinkler system leaked and I suffered the results of it. I was told to turn it into my insurance company if I wanted resolution. way to treat a returning war veteran. never again

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The place is very secure and clean and easily accessible.

We have found the quality of the facilities to be excellent and when you combine that with knowledgeable people who want to serve your needs well, you have a 5-star service.

I have used Guardian on several occasions they are awesome ! Staff is very friendly and helpful storage units clean and no issues. One time was for storing my motorcycle and other for household items.

Very secure and comfortable setup for loading/unloading.
Warm & dry. Almost forgot .....great value!

Add lights to every storage space (especially mines)
and lower your price.

Its a very nice facility. It was very clean and dry. I had no issues there. I would go back if I ever needed more storage.

Very helpful Manager, worked out great after we cleared out my mother's condo.
