Never ever received my item and 4 months later I’m still waiting for my refund. I always get the same generic response ‘ sorry for any inconvenience and thankyou for being patient.

I just want my money back!

Rip off company. Products are shipped from China so take significantly longer than the 3-9day estimated delivery time. Mine took near enough 2 months to arrive.
Products are cheap and nasty and not what they appear to be on the website and not worth the price. Could probably get better quality Products from Temu!

⭐ 1/5 – The most disappointing and unprofessional experience I have ever had with an online company.

I am deeply disappointed with Gympack and feel compelled to warn other customers before they make the same mistake.

I placed my order and was told that delivery would take 5–7 business days. In reality, I waited over 2.5 months — with no proper communication, constant delays, and endless excuses. When the parcel finally arrived, it was in poor condition, completely different from the description, and missing the paid personalization service that I had been charged extra for.

Despite providing all the evidence and following every step they requested, I have received nothing but automated, repetitive responses that lead nowhere. The customer service agent handling my case, Vanessa Castro, has shown zero accountability, zero problem-solving ability, and zero respect for the customer’s time and rights.

This company completely fails to follow its own stated policies and shows no regard for consumer protection laws.
After weeks of pointless communication, I have now escalated this matter to higher authorities and formal dispute channels.

If you value your money, time, and peace of mind — avoid Gympack at all costs.
Unprofessional, unreliable, and utterly disappointing experience from start to finish.

Si valoramos el producto (Bolsa Térmica Lonchera 13L Gympack Negra), este es tal se describe en la web: Medidas, acabados, etc... todo es tal y como se ve en las fotos y vídeos, aunque hay un detalle importante a tener en cuenta y es que no incluye los recipientes (por si alguien había pensado que sí...)

Ahora bien, si nos referimos al envío y a lo que hay por detrás, aquí hay mucho de lo que hablar:
En la web nos especifican que el periodo de envío gratuito es de 3 a 9 días habiles, aunque lo que no se menciona es que desde el mismo momento en el que haces el pago hay 5 días hábiles más de inicio de espera de "procesamiento del pedido".

Tras esto, te mandan un número de seguimiento de un pedido que se envía desde China (¡sorpresa!) y que ya vas chequeando a través de una app de seguimiento y que tarda en llegar a casa un mínimo de ¡3 SEMANAS!

El resumen es que estás comprando a una empresa intermediaria que encarga un pedido a China de un producto que puedes pedir tú mismo, idéntico y a mitad de precio en Aliexpress o Temu, lo cual es inaceptable.

Por último, en su web indican que todas las opiniones de clientes son favorables de clientes satisfechos, lo cual es falso, ya que no hay más reseñas en la web que las de TrustPilot, todas ellas negativas debido al eterno tiempo de espera y la poca transparencia de la empresa que, si bien no puede ser considerada como fraude, está muy cerca de serlo...

I buy 16 days ago and still nothing. Its fake company because no one answer

Not clear with their shipments and not able to provide a true answer about issues with shipment and delivery. Purchased 16 days ago and carrier has not even picked up item.

Buy if you want your order to never turn up! Ordered 3 weeks ago nothing £150 gone! All you get from the customer service is standard email reply we are investigating this has been the case for the last 10 days 😡

Garbage company don’t buy!!

AVOID! Ordered two gym bags on the 10th July - it took 2 weeks for it to be marked as dispatched- 2 months later - still not received them! The tracking has remained at processing throughout. The company have ignored all correspondence from us. AVOID!

This is the worst company I think I have ever had to deal with or buy a product from. It has been over a month and a half and I still have not been delivered my package. Two weeks ago the told me that I would be given my tracking number and I am yet to receive this. Then they tell me that I can’t get a refund unless I receive it and return my item back. I urge anyone and everyone to stay away from them as you pay lots of money for horrible service.

I made an order on the 1st of August, said there was a 3-9 day delivery estimate. By the 8th I had no updates whatsoever so I emailed the company, and again was told they actually have a 5 day delivery estimate and my order was in fact overdue and they would look into it. Finally had an email back on the 12/8/25 saying my order was in the delivery process but hadn’t actually received an out for delivery email. Moving on to the 20/8/25 I emailed again as I still had not received my package, and I was told the to check my emails for updates as that’s where the information is for me to see. FINALLY received my order today and it was all squashed flat into a plastic mail bag, it’s all out of shape and covered in weird discoloured marks. I’d even go as far as saying the item is actually damaged because if this. Terrible service and packaging. Such a shame.

I will not be using this company again. I am utterly disappointed with the service I have received.

Bought the 13ltr lunch bag as part of a birthday gift and said 9 day delivery so ordered it on the 14th July and didn’t received it til 5th August, don’t advertise 9 day delivery if it’s going to take over 2 weeks if I knew it was going to take longer I wouldn’t have bothered ordering and got it from somewhere else

Purchased the 45L thermal GymPack in pink..
Arrived completely un-branded & looking like a Temu purchase. Found the exact same generic product on AliExpress for £23, after paying for what looked like an incredible product from GymPack.co which I paid £90 for!

Poor customer care throughout the process. Promised 9 day delivery - actual delivery took 21 days(ordered 26th June - arrived 17th July!)

Massively disappointed!
