Bought a kettle and toaster 1 yr ago. Love the style and colour. Unfortunately had issue with the kettle. Customer service were prompt in replying to my email and delt with a replacement with in days. Kept me informed with postage and delivery. Very impressed with them.

Haden's swift positive response - amazing!

I bought a Haden stand mixer a few months ago and have not regretted it - it's been such a help with cakes and pastries.
I found the whisk broken less than a week ago and emailed immediately to obtain a new one. An immediate reassuring response asking me for further info (serial no, receipt etc as expected) and the new whisk has just arrived, first class delivery, wrapped with loads of protection! This firm could not have been more helpful and I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

Customer service feedback

We had a problem with our Haden kettle we sent photo's and a video.Haden were very prompt with their reply and asked us to return the kettle , they kindly sorted the postage and all we had to do was to box up. Haden replaced us with a new kettle and we had our replacement within 2 days. Thank you Haden customer service.

Just wanted to share my experience in dealing with this company. First class service prompt email reply and keeping me updated with the procedure returning my faulty toaster it was made so easy to return item and replacement sorted within 48 hrs

Top class customer service.

After having a haden kettle for little over a year, the switch started malfunctioning.
The customer service was second to none, they promptly asked for the kettle to be returned and sent return postage via email. As soon as they received the kettle, a replacement was sent out on next day delivery.
Top class customer service.

Excellence

Bought a kettle and the off off switch broke within the 2year warranty. I emailed the company and received excellent service. New replacement kettle received no hassle what so ever. This is the way customer service should be. Well done Haden.com.

Fantastic company to deal with

I rung customer service as my Haden Air fryer went on the blink. They were extremely helpful both on the phone and by email. Replacement on its way.
So refreshing to find a company so helpful and caring, cannot thank them enough.

Excellent customer service

My air fryer stopped working , I contacted Haden as it was still under guarantee. Customer services were very helpful, they forwarded a returns label ,and in less than a week I had received a new air fryer , no quibble. Extremely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.

Surprisingly good customer service

After an initial problem finding the right customer services they arranged for me to return the faulty kettle and are sending a replacement. I'm surprised to find such good service when many companies refuse to accept any responsibility for their products beyond the statutory guarantee period.

Airfryer fault

I recently contacted Hadens and explained that there was a fault with my airfryer draws. Without hesitation they sent a return label to send faulty airfryer back. I received a replacement within 48 hours! Fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend.

My multi temperature kettle failed…

My multi temperature kettle failed after 21 months - 3 months inside the guarantee. I got onto Haden customer service and had excellent support and a new kettle with no hassle. I shall be back buying from Haden again - at the end of the day it is when you have a problem that customer service is paramount and Haden's is excellent - Thank You

No response - then, no parts

It looks like Haden reads these comments, so perhaps they'll look up my email from June 3 and respond. I partially melted the plastic bottom of my Dorsett electric kettle and wrote to service (at) hadenusa.com to see if i could get a replacement bottom (it's easy to get on and off). Still waiting, 3 weeks later, for a response. Several Haden responses said “we can’t find your email”. So Haden, if you do respond, please provide a working email and phone number in US. - Update. Got response from service email. They don't sell parts. Pitiful at so many levels....

Bought a Haden Air Fryer 7 months ago

Bought a Haden Air Fryer 7 months ago. It was OK. Chips were not as crispy as I liked. Then the 2nd drawer packed up, kept saying it was open when it was shut. Persevered with one drawer. Then a bit of the trim melted off and now totally unusable. Unfortunately due to moving house I have mis placed the receipt. £80 down the drain. I have now bought another one as its too hot to cook at the minute.The new cheaper one is fab. Don't waste your money!

Read this before buying…

Bought a Haden airfryer as a replacement to the one we had, don't buy for the following reasons.
1. It's impossible to contact anyone from Haden to give you advice all customer services will do is to tell you to email another department.
2. The previous device we had when cooking a certain food would take 12 - 14 min at 200 degrees the Haden same food, same temp, plus pre heating for 3 min will take 20 min plus and the food is more well done to the front of the relevant tray.

Bought the Haden 11ltr double stack…

Bought the Haden 11ltr double stack airfryer as a replacement to our single drawer Wilko 5ltr air fryer.

It's hugely disappointing.
Doesn't reach the correct temperature.
Has a very uneven distribution of heat for an air fryer
Touch controls are very unresponsive
The coating is already coming off despite constant use of liners and only ever hand washing
Overall it was a massive disappointment

Poor build quality and longevity

Have bought 2 Haden Cotwold kettles and both developed exactly the same faults: the body started to rust near the lid (no, I did not use any cleaning products, just a damp cloth) and the lid became so loose that it would fall off when the kettle was poured. I had the first kettle replaced under warranty but when the second kettle developed the same defects I decided just to keep it as I couldn't be without a kettle at that time. However, recently, the on-off switch has now broken, rendering the kettle unusable. Typically, it is just outside the two-year warranty period, but (when considering the Consumer Rights Act of 2015) this is not a 'reasonable' length of time for a mid-range product. I have contacted customer services but am not expecting any positive resolution, having seen other reviews here. Having looked at other reviews online, it would appear that build quality and poor longevity is a common factor across the entire Haden range. Also, I would suggest that Haden stop implying that their products are British by prominent use of the Union Flag on their packaging. The company may have been established in Britain, but their kettles are made in China. I certainly would not buy any of their products again. Shame, as aesthetically they look good, but they are poor quality and just don't last.
