Excellent customer service

Sent an email on Wednesday, customer services
replied on Thursday morning with the information on how I could order a replacement tray for my mother's table top oven. I ordered this on Thursday and the item was delivered on Friday.
Such excellent service and customer care!

My airfryer stopped working after…

My airfryer stopped working after having it for just over a year went to tescos to tell them problem thay dint want to no then someone suggested go on hadens web site and I did I sent them a e mail explaining fault with my airfryer and I was amazed how professional thay were 💯 thay dealed with me straight away no messing about I recommended them to anyone I miss the delivery of airfryer it was returned to haden same day I was gutted so I sent them a email once again and straight away thay said thay would send it to me excellent service well done hadden for all you have done for me

Had a microwave that wasn’t working…

Had a microwave that wasn’t working properly. Rang Haden lady was very helpful asked me to send photos of serial numbers got a prepaid return label sent to me. Sent microwave back day they received it back sent out a new one. Great customer service no chasing around kept Informed every step.

Toaster fault within warranty

Had to get in touch with haden by email as I had a problem with my toaster that wasn't working properly after 10 months, Haden Customer services were brilliant! As requested I sent pictures and a video of the toaster, a return was promptly arranged and within no time at all an emal from haden advised a new toaster had be sent out for next day delivery which I gratefully received! Exemplary first class customer service from Haden! That was stress free which is a rare quality these days, Thankyou Haden!

Very good customer services

Following a recent problem with a kitchen appliance, I contacted Haden customer services for a resolution.
The defective appliance was quickly replaced.
Throughout the process, customer services were professional and friendly, I received emails by same day responses and the final replacement item was tracked and delivered by next day service.
Thank you very much for a very good response experience.

Outstanding customer service

Our Haden microwave that we bought through Amazon stopped working after nearly 18 months. It was outside Amazon's return period so I contacted Haden direct. I couldn't have asked for better service.

On Tuesday, they send me a reply paid label to send back the faulty microwave by DHL and by Thursday, a brand new replacement microwave was delivered, again by DHL.

You could not ask for better service than this and without hesitation I would buy from this company again. Others could take a leaf out of their book.

I bought this kettle for how it looked…

I bought this kettle for how it looked and has different heat settings…set it to 80 and it boils to 100, switches by itself, the yellow ‘nub’ comes off too, disappointing purchase, now buying a more expensive one.

I needed to return a faulty microwave…

I needed to return a faulty microwave purchase through Amazon recently. The whole experience was amazing - I was kept very well informed about what was needed, how to do it etc - and a new product arrived 2 days after they received the faulty one back. Superb customer service throughout.

Rubbish.

Purchased a fridge from this company and from day one it had problems. I contacted their customer service who were absolutely hopeless. The fridge had a two year warranty but they were not interested when I called them and less than three months after I purchased the fridge I ended up taking it to the skip. I would never ever buy from this company again and I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

When my 8 month old microwave stopped…

When my 8 month old microwave stopped working, I reached out to the customer service team for assistance.
Their response time was immediate, extremely helpful, instructional with polite friendliness.
In less than a 14 day turnaround, my microwave was retrieved and a new one delivered. Thank you to the wonderful customer service and courier teams for the prompt service. Jeanette

Haden air fryer

I bought an air fryer from Haden - the two drawer 9.5L one which is a nice product. After around a year my air fryer was faulty, and said that the door was open when it wasn’t. I contacted customer services and they arranged for me to send my faulty one back via DPD, and organised a next day delivery for a replacement. Customer services were very very responsive and professional, I couldn’t fault them. 4/5 due to the air fryer being faulty after a year.

Swift response and resolution.

Swift response to my enquiry and a very swift resolution of the problem.
I bought a Haden 20L microwave.
I inadvertently damaged the wave guide cover. I contacted Haden and got an immediate response. Once I identified the product number of the microwave, they arranged to send out a replacement wave guide cover.
Very polite. Very friendly. Very helpful. Very efficient. Very professional.

Helpful customer service team.

I have had the double tray air fryer for a little under 6 months. Unfortunately, I have run into the same issue as some other users of this model. The air fryer will stop working, saying that the tray is open when it is not. I contacted customer services via email who were prompt and polite to resolve this issue and offered to send a replacement and explained the process of returning my faulty product. The customer service team are very helpful and I am happy they were able to help. I've rated 4/5 due to the issue with the fault of the air fryer.

Fantastic customer service

I emailed the customer service team about a broken part on my daughters mixer. They could not have been more helpful and sent the part out without fuss and responded to emails quickly. Cannot fault their service, a breath of fresh air! Thank you.
