I may be premature in my judgement
I may be premature in my judgement, ( I will let you know) but have had a problem with our air fryer.
I emailed the company on the weekend explaining the problem, on Monday a.m. I received a response , I have rarely come across such efficiently and understanding from a customer service department, they have promised to resolve the situation , will keep you informed. Update- Brilliant

Disappointed the kettle rusted round…
Disappointed the kettle rusted round the lid and the switch broke off however because I can’t get another kettle of the say colour to match the microwave and the toaster all Haden make I bought the same again as it spoiled the look

Kettle not heating to correct temperature
I sent email about my kettle not heating properly on 10th November and Customer Service was excellent. After sending photos I received label for DPD to collect it. I took faulty kettle to local shop and DPD picked it up and delivered item to address on label. When delivered I received confirmation it had arrived and today was informed a replacement kettle will arrive tomorrow.
Can’t praise Customer Service Team enough.

Haden Warranty. After 4 weeks of use brand new.
Absolutely dreadful. Avoid this company at all costs.
In my experience, their so-called “warranty” is nothing more than a useless sheet of paper. They treat customers with zero respect and absolutely no accountability.
When you raise a concern, they brush it off with “oh, that’s normal.” And the moment the product actually fails or shows errors, they suddenly claim it’s your fault because of the very issue you originally reported. The incompetence is unbelievable.
What an embarrassment of a brand. A complete joke. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

Had an issue with my kettle
Had an issue with my kettle, dropped their customer service team an email. Some photos and an explanation of what happened and I’m the proud owner of a replacement. Superb service from start to finish

2.5 years of usage and is faulty
Not a great value for 2.5 years of usage.
I bought a Kettle and other appliances that matched in this series (Dorset). Approx 2-2.5 years later the kettle is leaking water from the outside (temperature gage) down the side and into the electric base (very unsafe).
It ca not be fixed as it is molded this way in manufacturing- obviously was not tested, or molded properly.
Clearly this is a design flaw and could not be prevented by the user or misuse.
For the price of the Kettle it is not reasonable to only last 2.5 years.
The worse part is - I can not buy another one as they are sold out- therefore now all my other small appliances in that series will not match any new kettle I buy.
Was a happy customer but now will have to have mismatched appliances. Would it be worth it to buy this brand again. Questionable.

HADEN GLASS KETTLE rusting element green algae growing
My HADEN GLASS KETTLE was replaced twice under guarantee. Once for sparking from its base. The replacement is about a year old. It has grown green.algae undef the glass baseplate and the element is rusting. A picture was sent to.customer services. I was promptly told that the same had happened to theirs and that I.shoukd keep it out of sunlight.
The switch on it is also flicking out and not working like it used to. I emailed again it seems like.its now.being ignored !!!
After contact with Haden.they have replaced the kettle. So I.do.have to say.they so care about the customer being happy. But should look.into the manufacturing process.

Honored warranty on my toaster
My toaster which i love and bought on Amazon 1.75 years ago had a fault; one of the elements produced a loud bang. I read that the toaster was still under warranty ( 2 years), so I thought I may as well give it a go. The customer services of Haden were enormously helpful, friendly and concerned. They sent me a paid return for the old one and once they received my old toaster they sent me a brand new toaster. Nice to see a company honoring their warranty, cant fault them :).

I bought a Haden fridge/freezer from a…
I bought a Haden fridge/freezer from a local supplier. Needed a specific size to fit space in a 2nd home 70 miles away. Doors supposedly interchangeable. Part missing to move door hinges from right side to left. Supplier checked, also missing from others in their shop. Haden contacted and parts not available (as per shop). Customer services contacted, still awaiting reply. Had to drive back to apartment and we’re now in process of returning fridge/freezer to shop. 280 miles driven to sort this, left without fridge/freezer. Very disappointed with service.

Had a problem with our Haden microwave, which suddenly took ages to heat food. Reached out to customer services and they took the old one away and delivered a new one so we wouldn't be without. Amazing customer service and couldn't fault. Thank you :)

Malfunctioning machine.
I took delivery of the said washing machine on 7.11.25.to begin with,everything worked,but now,the single beep when i press the play button that looks like a hi fi button,it beeps twice instead of once,and the machine now refuses to start the wash.i have tried switching the machine on and off,opening the door and shutting it again,but to no avail.a repairman will call me in the next 48 hours.the landlords representative will be filling in the form.i have no need to contact haden.p.s...i eventually got a wash out of the machine,but not the 2 quick wash settings that i wanted.i got a 1 beep and go on the wool wash,a 1 hour approximately wash.

Fantastic customer service
We bought a Haden toaster over a year ago and recently one half of the toaster stopped working. I contacted customer services for advice having cleaned it and failed to make it work. Following a request from customer services for pictures and a demonstration of the fault, they replaced the toaster, returning the new toaster on next day delivery having received the faulty toaster, covering the cost of return as well. Very satisfying and speedy service

Sadly had to return my faulty kettle
Sadly had to return my faulty kettle.
Very easy to arrange needed to provide receipt, video of problem and serial number, offered product replacement as in year 2 of the warranty. Had to drop faulty product at courier drop off. Courier (DPD) printed the return label from a QR code and provided proof of each delivery stage via photos. Once received Haden dispatched a new kettle. Whole process took 4/5 days.Smooth process, overall very happy although would have preferred option for home collection. Love the kettle! Pleased to have it back.
