Sadly had to return my faulty kettle

Sadly had to return my faulty kettle.
Very easy to arrange needed to provide receipt, video of problem and serial number, offered product replacement as in year 2 of the warranty. Had to drop faulty product at courier drop off. Courier (DPD) printed the return label from a QR code and provided proof of each delivery stage via photos. Once received Haden dispatched a new kettle. Whole process took 4/5 days.Smooth process, overall very happy although would have preferred option for home collection. Love the kettle! Pleased to have it back.

Contacted customer services

Contacted customer services, explained the problem with my microwave after combi . The operative was polite , professional and quickly sorted my problem. I revived a new par with in days, 10/10for them

Superb customer service

Unfortunately the basket on our espresso machine got thrown away by mistake. I couldn't find one on line so I contacted customer service. An extremely helpful lady took all the details and said she would call me back, which she did very quickly. Unfortunately the model was discontinued, and she informed me it may take a few weeks for a replacement to arrive; however just a couple of days later I was informed that they had located one and it had been despatched to me with no charge. I think this is exceptionally good service, and feel they went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Really well done.

I had a problem with the Kettle, that after receiving the Photo's was resolved very quickly, with me returning it and it being replaced Very fast service

Haden's customer service is exemplary

After 13 months our kettle developed a fault. We contacted the retailer but they were not interested despite the two year warranty. We contacted Haden Customer Service, our call was answered promptly and they couldn't be more helpful. They requested information and photographs which we duly supplied, by returned we received a return label with which to send the item back. The local post office was our collection point. Within two days we were informed that the kettle was being replaced and had been despatched - next day delivery. It arrived as promised. The customer service from Haden was exemplary. We hardly had time to miss our favourite kettle.

Faulty microwave after 1yr…

Microwave bought from Argos stopped working after 15months. Argos directed me to Haden as being the manufacturer and after a phone call directing me to email pictures they got back to me the same day to say the product would be replaced and I received it 3 days later.
Disappointed at the short life of the microwave but excellent customer service.

The first item ie toaster and kettle…

The first item ie toaster and kettle was good and well packaged though the second item sandwich toaster had marks on the stainless steel effect wich let it down and was clearly not inspected or even looked at when it was packed

Superb Customer Service

18 months after purchasing a Red 4 slice 'Jersey' Toaster and matching Kettle which I love, one half of the Toaster mechanism failed and I was gutted.
However Haden products come with a 2 year guarantee and their UK based customer service were absolutely fantastic.
After exchanging a few emails and photos it was not possible to return the toaster due to my location and yet after submitting evidence, a replacement toaster was still offered so I could maintain my set.
Things do happen but being able to continue my super stylish set was a big relief.
I highly recommend this Company.

Exceptional Customer Service

Our microwave stopped working and we contacted Haden through their website. The response was immediate they asked for photos and then sent labels to return the oven. Within days they had sent us a new microwave. Superb customer service- Thankyou.

Problem solved quickly and effectively without cost to us.

I have got a Haden jersey kettle and I…

I have got a Haden jersey kettle and I was cleaning it out and my filter just finished the mesh. I sent an email and I have very very very good service. She was very obliged in the lady on the other end and she told me they’ve done a metal mesh now and she will be sending me one. I’m so so happy in this day and age that somebody on the other end is very obliging thank you.

Exceptional after-service care.

I bought a kettle 13 months ago. When it stopped working, I took it back to the shop to be told the guarantee had expired after 12 months and I should contact the company. Haden were excellent! Without excessive questioning, I received a replacement appliance within days. Exceptional after-service conduct. Much appreciated.

Extremely rapid delivery!

I ordered a kettle from Haden one afternoon- using the website was easy and quick- and the kettle was delivered the next day. It's difficult to say how this service could be any better.
And I'm very happy with my new kettle too.
