Honestly, Hairglo does it every time! My order came so quickkk. I started going there about 6 years ago when I was visiting my mum who lives in the area and I would stock up when I could cos I live outside London. They’re such an amazing family run business and their staff are so nice! Great job guys :)

You need to do so much better!
I have used hair glow on a good few occasions in a bid to support a black owned local business. There have been many occasions that they have not stocked the product I have needed, however I have overlooked this.
In December 24 I spent just under £100 in the shop mainly due to my daughter. One of the items I purchased was a Wahl blow dryer. On 16 February 25, my daughter attempted to use the blow dryer and it had no power.
Now Im a 80s baby and this will total the third blow dryer I have ever purchased in my life. These products are built to last. I still have the receipt as and I went to the shop the next day, to discuss the matter. I was fobbed off with the thirty day policy as well as the 'manager isn't here'. As A black person we are not washing our hair weekly, to have identified the fault sooner.
I have called twice and am still waiting for a call back which is clear, isn't going to occur.
I'm really frustrated by this and as such will no longer shop there.
Needs better customer service and stock checks
I've ordered from this company before but was really disappointed with my last experience. I received two out-of-date products, and trying to reach customer service was a nightmare. It took three weeks for a collection to be arranged and another two weeks to receive a refund, which I had to chase up myself. I was offered a gesture of goodwill due to the delay, I was told they would be refunding my entire order, but they only refunded the two items. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Terrible customer service
Only giving this a two star as I did receive the order which was just some hair however it didn't come in time for my appointment and I will not be ordering from here again and wouldn't trust them.
Put in an order for next day delivery on Wednesday 9th October, the website stated orders must be placed by 12pm and my order was placed at 11.55am.
I received no communication that there was any issue or maybe that I had missed the cut off time and so I assumed all was fine. My order didn't arrive until Monday 14th!
I emailed on 15th stating the above and requesting a refund for delivery, I received no response and emailed again on the 28th and 8th November. At this point I threatened to reverse the charge of the whole order with my bank and they responded on the 11th. They claimed it was a busy time of the year and only offered to refund the difference of delivery blaming the issue on DPD. I replied on the 14th expressing my annoyance for not receiving a response for basically a month and that I would like a full refund of my delivery fee, £7!
Its the 21st December and I have not heard from these guys again nor received said refund.
I took a risk ordering here and wouldn't again

I recently purchased some hair products and when one was no longer in stock a member of the team named Ayo asked if I wanted the item refunded/exchanged for something else. He let me know that the other items were shipped but there was some confusion with DPD and the shipping randomly got cancelled. Himself and a colleague named Victoria helped to remedy the problem and changed the delivery to next day so that I wouldn't have to wait any longer (her words).
I was blown away by the genuine interest in finding a solution and ensuring my needs were met. I will definitely be shopping with them again!

However my items are of the old branding the brown branding not silver as on your website with expiry of this yr. I have the proof as items as still here in the box you sent from dpd parcel no. 15503026161934 on the 25 01 2024. You need to accept responsibility.
