Scam company. Just reported to my credit card for a refund because it’s a bait and switch. They sell you one thing and then claim when you only receive half your order that there was a system glitch and you “misunderstood” what you were ordering. They’ll “make it up to you” by offering you a code for a free one, all you have to do is send “their shipping partner” more money. No thank you! Oh and they reply super fast when you reach out about receiving part of your order and then radio silence when you say you can refund me 50% of what I paid since you only sent 50% of my order instead of agreeing to pay them for being shady a-holes. Don’t fall for it.

I wouldn’t even rate 1 star. As others have said, you only get one instead of 3. This would be the worst purchase I have made for a long time and I wish I read the reviews prior. My skin is burning, what have I just used? Took forever to even try and remove a section or hair, it was like it was taking dry skin cells.

As with others, ordered the trio pack and only received 1. On enquiry, told price was for 1 despite advert clearly stating price was for three. They say there is no recourse open to be - looking into it further.

My wife had the same issue as everyone else here, it's definitely a scam. Don't support this company by buying their products.

It goes on and on. Only 1 received. Offer of discount on further purchases. It was a glitch etc etc.

My request for a pre paid shipping label to return the ONE item I received was denied and I was directed to the t&c’s.

The return address I was given is in Texas??

Same issue as most other reviews: I ordered three and received one. This business should not be allowed to trade after misleading so many customers.

This was the inadequate response I received when requesting a refund for the missing items. Hairo has given me absolutely no reason as to why I or any other customer should trust sending them anymore money:

Although we would love to be able to cover the cost of even shipping, we can only cover the cost of goods at the moment because shipping is an expense we typically include in the original pricing that directly goes to our fulfillment center fees and not us. Therefore, we kindly ask that you only pay the $9 shipping cost to our fulfillment provider.

Horrible company, just like other reviews I ordered the trio pack and only received one. I also got really bad razor burn. I really wish I would’ve looked up the reviews! DO NOT BUY, not worth it. Go get razors or a wax this is not worth your time or money.

Like so many others I paid extra & ordered 3x shavers & have only received 1!
I had a reply to my email apologising & asking me to pay a further $12 to get the 2 items. I replied with a no as why should their mistake cost me? To have a response offering a refund with further cost to me. I don’t want a refund! Just send me my missing 2 items?
Looks like their ‘one off’ mistake has happened to quite a lot of people.
I have paid for this item using clearpay which is split over 4 payments but I’m unable to get in touch with them to stop the payments to Hairo….

Same issues as everyone else. Can we please start a class action?

Same as a lot of others, ordered 3 only to receive 1 and told they would send the other 2 once I paid more money, stay away from dealing with this company

I had the same experience . I ordered three and received one and was asked to pay for postage for remaining two. Overall it has cost me far more than buying them individually. I wish I had read the reviews first. Pity you can’t give no stars or black stars .

I purchased this product as a special offer to get 3 at a discounted price. I only received one item and after five emails trying to contact this company they refused to send the remaining 2 without me paying for shipping again. Neither will they refund my money for overpayment due to paying more than the normal cost as if I bought 1.

Ordered 3 plus the replacement package only received 1. Huge scam! Removes skin but not hair! Huge waist of $ do not buy

SCAM …. Do not buy. Exactly the same as everyone else. Received one and asking me to pay $9 shipping fee … even though the site is advertising free delivery today !! Disgrace

Customer service very sorry, and give me a discount code for 2 FREE Hairos....all I have to pay is the shipping ....£9.

Waited ages for product to arrive and yes I ordered 3 only to find one arrived. Total scam. No reply to emails or web chat.
Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

The product isn’t great, it took a lot for the hair to be removed and left my legs a bit sore. However the customer service was good- they gave me a 70% refund on the product.

Black Friday marketing SCAM!! I ordered 3 got 1. Emailed them to resolve the issue. They claimed it was a "glitch" but either way they will not mail the others two. Gave me a discount code. UM- NO! Send the other two in the order and if it works I would buy again on the future. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HAIRO!

2 stars because the product does work for me.
However, I have the same problems as everyone else, buy 2 get 1. I emailed and got an answer back, they gave me a promo code, but would still have to pay for shipping (another 4 week wait when it was sitting in the state over forever) and I checked on the website, it would be a 12% restocking fee. >:(
Basically stealing money from people.

I ordered 3 and only one came in. Either way, it doesn’t really matter because this product was horrible for my skin. While it did work as a hair remover, I’d genuinely rather just stick to shaving with a razor. Caused Inflamed, irritated skin, bumps all over, itching and burning feeling. Not sure if this just applies to me though, I might just have sensitive skin. Trying to see if I can initiate a refund or a return.
