Worse than a dry shave with a rusty dollar store razor!! Do NOT use this on your skin. My skin is not typically sensitive and I was very gentle and still, I have huge, red, painful patches all over where I used hairo. It also took about three times as long as shaving. I wouldn't recommend this product to my worst enemy, save yourselves.

I ordered my package in August and it came a month later even when I paid for priority processing, but tbh that's Yunexpress fault they suck the biggest ass. Hairo, on the other hand, is great. I used it fresh out the box right when it arrived and it felt great to use (I did it whole doing a school test online lmfao) and gurl it made my legs baby friggin smooth like it took away all the hair and it fr exfoliated my legs and I rlt didn't expect that to actually work.

It took a month to come and when I used it it gave me bad skin burns. It burns really bad afterwards!

it hurt very bad and left my skin scarred. After I was done using it it felt like I had a really bad sunburn or carpet burn and it hurt to just wear clothes on where are used it so now my body is permanently scarred and it looks disgusting

It took a month to come. Tried it tonight and it took more skin off then hair. Feels like sandpaper on your skin and burns after use. Do not I repeat, do not use on your underarms. It left my skin raw and I used little pressure like the instructions states. Seeing all these reviews I hope I will get my money back.

Followed all the directions for this product only to have it take layers of skin off instead of hair. I had burns all over from the product and when I contacted the company to return the product they refused. So they stole my money.

This product is the worst product I have ever used definitely hurt my skin. Do Not Use!!!!!!!!!!

This product took a month to arrive. Once I received it I tried it that night. Did not take much hair off but it did remove layers of my skin and gave me what it feels horrible carpet burn.

If you have course body hair this product is not for you. It took me 2 hours to get one of my legs done and honestly there are still patches of hair. Do not, I repeat do not use scented lotion with this product it is so painful! I gave 3 starts because on the parts that worked my skin is softer than it’s ever been and I did not get strawberry legs!

For 3+ weeks I have been getting “in transit” emails and now a fake tracking number! Stay away from this company!!! They have a satisfaction guarantee on their website but yet they refuse to refund my Money. They basically stole my money and keep making empty promises! STAY AWAY!!!!! Do not buy hairo!!!

They take your money but never send your order. I've been waiting for over a month now without any updates. Have tried to contact the over email and Facebook messenger but no response. Stay away and take your business elsewhere!

The worst customer service ever. I purchased the Lavoi Hair Elixir six months ago and the item arrived within a week. Brilliant service.

Four months ago, ordered the same item and after a month I contacted Hair O on the whereabout of my item. No contact, I left emails day after day. Two weeks after I contacted PayPal to sort this out, Hair O replied within 5 minutes and stated that they have now posted the item and I should them give them time to respond. Two weeks is a lot of time to respond to a customer. I understand that we are in a pandemic but really... two weeks.

A month ago, I ordered the same item again, received it after two weeks but the item lid was loose and the liquid was split all over the cardboard. I contacted Hair O again, heard nothing for two weeks and contacted PayPal again, and this time they did not even respond.

Seriously stay away from Hair-O. It really is not worth it. Their hair care is amazing but their customer service standard operating procedures really needs to be looked at again. It seems to be one person running the place.

I ordered two conditioner bars and they only sent one. When I emailed to complain I never got a reply. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I ordered and paid for a conditioner bar 4 months ago and it never arrived. I emailed after a week asking for update on shipping and received no response and I emailed again after 3 weeks asking for a refund and received no response.

A really useful product and I'm glad I bought it. It really settles down my flyaway hair even if I have my hair down.

My order initially didn’t arrive and it took a number of weeks to get resolved and some of the responses I received were in BOLD as if I was in the wrong for asking for a resolution. Eventually my order was refunded with an offer of sending me the products foc, which whilst great, I then had to chase this up a couple of times. One person responding was nice and friendly, the second person rather hostile. Anyway after several weeks my original order of shampoo and conditioner bars arrived. The shampoo is lovely but the conditioner was awful. I can’t use it, it makes my hair feel like straw...back to Lush I think.

I did not receive my full order, and I wasn’t given a refund. Despite chasing for a couple of months (this was back in January 2020 - it’s now May!)
