Hairo Reviews

I never received my order and the company hasn't responded to any of my messages. Awful customer service. Do not use. I wish I read the reviews before I bought.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Exactly the same issue as everyone else. I'm going to request a chargeback via Barclaycard and would suggest everyone else does too.

As most of the other reviews state, they will send you less than what you ordered. I ordered 2 "duets"= total of 4 shavers and only received 3. Their contact number is disconnected and they don't respond to emails. It took over 3 weeks for the package to arrive. Although their products worked for me, this company is a fake and irresponsible!

Products is bad and have been trying to contact them for weeks they do not reply to their chat function, emails, messages or calls. I want my money back but the won’t respond at all

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Reading recent reviews there seems to be a pattern of buying 3 and only receiving 1. Tracking number invalid. Have emailed them and no reply so have raised this with PayPal

Ordered 2 of the hairo only one arrived email then and haven’t heard back! Tried out the product and my legs are so sore stay away don’t order from them it’s a scam and the product burns off your skin!!!!!

As other people on here . Ordered x3 and received 1 !
Customer services replied with “ it’s a one off problem… we have fixed the problem now … we can offer you 70% discount of your next order “
My reply “ I don’t want discount off a purchase I’m never going to shop with again! I want what I paid for and what you advertised!! “
Apparently I can return my 1 purchase at my cost and get a full refund !!
Disgusting that there are companies doing this . Note to self… look more closely at reviews.
I will be reporting them.

Ordered and paid for 3, only received one (same as most people on here!) Luckily paid via PayPal so will be requesting a refund.

Great product. Crap company ordered 3 received 1 can’t even find how to complain.

Scam. Like many others i ordered and paid for 3 only to be told it was an error and received one. The advert for 3 at the price I paid is still running on Facebook .

Ordered the offer for x 3 products for £35. Was sent one. Complained. Waited ages for a a reply. Was Offered 70% off future purchases, as they’d had a “system glitch”. I’m obviously fighting this (there will be no future purchases) I want a refund or the missing goods. Is it blatantly a scam and I will be reporting them as fraudulent.

Paid for 3 only received 1, not used as they (all 3) were meant as gifts for my daughters for Christmas.... several emails sent and no response, gutted...

Scam. Ordered weeks ago and nothing has arrived yet despite emailing them several times.

Scam indeed!

Like many other people I bought 3 (£22), but only got one, they never replied to me.
On top of this I did not really like the product, as on day 2 in makes no difference to shaving, and it also made awful irritation on my leg.

Like many I ordered the “trio” and only one arrived. After sending multiple emails I finally got a response offering a “custom coupon code” as a resolution. Don’t order. Trying to send back - what a scam.

Don't order more than one, it's a scam.
Ordered the Trio pack, only one arrived. I've emailed and got no response.
The product works alright, legs are smooth, although it does miss some hairs. However some people do have problems with burning. I haven't so far.

The same experience as other customers. Thought I was buying a Trio (3) then only one turned up!
Emailed & no one has responded. Wish I had read reviews.. total scam!
They need removing from the internet.

Order arrived very quickly, but I purchased a trio pack and they only sent me 1.
I have emailed them to let them know and they have ignored me.
I wish I had read the reviews here before, and maybe searched for them on Amazon - I could have bought 8 from Amazon for the price I paid for 1 from Hairo!

Product is OK, but takes a long time to remove any hair & doesn’t leave your skin as smooth as shaving. What’s worse though, is I bought the trio in the sale (costs more than 1, but a very good deal for 3). However, when my order finally arrived, only one turned up! I contacted them & they advised I misunderstood (as had many other customers) & offered me a discount on another order! I sent them proof of my order, showing I ordered the trio, but haven’t heard a thing since, despite chasing. They clearly used the “Sale” to entice more orders, without any intention of actually sending people what they paid for! Awful service for a mediocre product.

I swear the product it not even worth a one star review. I bought two, one at full price and one 50% off, should have known it was too “good”to be true. This product gives a painful rash and doesn’t remove hair. Tbh the only thing it removes is your skin. Now no one from this company will take the time to to respond and give me a refund. Should’ve trusted my instincts.
