Hajj and Umrah Reviews

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was always prompt in responding to any questions, and they kept me informed throughout the booking process. When the airline made changes to my flights, these were communicated quickly and clearly, which gave me peace of mind. Everything was ATOL protected, adding an extra layer of confidence. I would definitely use HajjandUmrah.co.uk again and would happily recommend them to my family and friends.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – The Best Umrah Company in 2026!

I cannot recommend Hajj and Umrah highly enough. From the very first minute until the very last, the service I received was nothing short of exceptional. A special thank you goes to Aniqah Shah, and Mubbasher who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire booking process. There communication was outstanding—she was always available to answer my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to her expertise, she secured the perfect package for me, including a stay at Swissôtel Makkah and Emaar Al Mektan Hotel in Madinah, both of which exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, location, and convenience.

The transportation team also deserves immense praise. Every transfer was perfectly organised, with excellent communication in advance, punctual pick-ups and drop-offs, and professional, courteous drivers who made travelling between locations completely stress-free. Having such reliable transport allowed me to focus entirely on my worship without worrying about logistics.

What truly sets Hajj and Umrah apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They don't simply book your trip—they provide genuine care, attention to detail, and continuous support throughout your entire Umrah journey. Every aspect of the experience was handled professionally, giving me complete peace of mind from start to finish.

If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and professional company to organise your Umrah, then Hajj and Umrah should be your first choice. Their exceptional customer service, carefully selected hotels, seamless transport arrangements, and dedication to ensuring every pilgrim has a memorable spiritual experience make them stand out from the rest. In my opinion, they are the benchmark for Umrah travel in 2026, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again or recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you for making my Umrah journey such a truly unforgettable and blessed experience.

Mr. Rameez Akhter was so patient with me and my family and made sure that we had everything we needed to give us a comfortable stay. When I had questions or a suggestion he would always be ready to respond without waiting around for a response. He was very easy to get in touch with and very calm through out every process. From the booking process to the hotel recommendations to the flight airway I preferred he made sure he came with answers and full support. Thank you so much mr rameez akther for helping us and understanding our circumstances and making everything as smooth and easy as possible without you we would not have been able to have this amazing experience.

I booked my umrah trip with this team and it was the best experience, Alhamdulilah. Shahzain was very understanding, reassuring and patient and accommodated to myself and my family’s needs. This was my first time booking with a travel agent and I will not be going to anyone else! Every part of the process was made to feel easy and stress free. Communication was very timely. I can’t recommend them enough!

Start from uk , I was well informed about the details with different options . I was kept updated with all the process by mubshir. I stored all the information in my phone but on the day to mekka I forgot my phone at home . Contacted mubshir our nice agency and provided him with an alternative tel number. He promptly liaise with the transport and we managed to connect with the local drivers in Mekka and madina. Hotel in mekka was very good and the transportations were very reliable. Al Hamdo lil Allah , I am very pleased with the services provided and Allah made this Ummra special

Hi this individual has been competent throughout the booking process, and has been constantly relaying updates as they came in. They have been totally reliable and competent.

If you’re looking to book through hajj and umrah don’t hesitate ! It might look like they don’t have a trust worthy website but through private agent on WhatsApp is 1000% legit !
I have personally dealt with brother emad. Over the past few months he has been reaching out about umrah packages since I registered my interest
Alhamdulilah brother emad provided fantastic services with transfers etc to make the blessed sacred trip as smooth as possible
Makkah hotel was absolutely amazing !!
The hotel in madinah I should have booked a slightly better star rating as emaar al mektan the only let down was the breakfast and not being that close to nice restaurants as it’s mostly fast food . But never the less it was a absolutely fantastic experience
Emad handled everything and ensured all pick ups and drop offs were smooth
I highly recommend this company when booking your umrah packages
If you feel you want to do a DIY. umrah and book everything yourself have a look
But prices are about the same
And booking through an agent with competitive prices etc saves all the hassle

Thanks for look after my mother and father i am so much happy with your service Mr keshan thanks a lot

I travelled for ʿUmrah from Manchester, UK, from 13 June 2026 to 22 June 2026, and I booked through Hajj and ʿUmrah with my agent, Mahwish.

I was initially worried because I was travelling with my 3-month-old baby, but Mahwish made the whole experience so much easier. From before the trip right through to when I was in Saudi Arabia, he was always available to help and answer my questions.

The 5-star package was excellent value for money and included flights, hotels, and transportation. Everything was well organised, and I was very happy with the service.

While I was in Makkah and Madinah, Mahwish even messaged me with helpful suggestions for places to visit, which was a thoughtful touch and showed he genuinely cared about his clients' experience.

This was my first time using this agency, and despite me asking what felt like a million questions, changing my mind on a few things, and requesting additional services, Mahwish was always patient, professional, and happy to help.

I would definitely use Hajj and ʿUmrah again in the future and would highly recommend Mahwish to anyone looking to book their ʿUmrah. Thank you for making our journey so smooth and memorable.

Booked umrah package in Ramadan was very impressed with the service.

💯 recommended wonderful services

My first trip to umrah was excellent with the help of Shahzain. Booking flights was really straight forward and were affordable. When we got off at jeddah there was a taxi driver already waiting for us and drove us to makkah. Checking in the hotel was easy and simple as it was not busy and it was only a short walk from the hotel to the masjid al Haram. I recommend the hotel as they provided us with breakfast which is included. The travel from makkah to madina was also good as we arrived on time. The hotel was near the mosque so we didnt have to walk too much. It was nice to experience this without any stress. I would definitely recommend hajj and umrah to my friends and family. When I go next time I would definitely choose hajj and umrah.
