Hajj and Umrah Reviews

The team was always contactable

I found their details on a google search and was responded to by Shahzain. The initial response was fast and informative.
Shahzain took the time to understand my needs and preferences before recommending suitable packages.
What stood out about the contact was that Shahzain was not constantly pushing me to make a decision, he was allowing me the time to discuss with family members but he always made sure that I knew he was available for any queries I had.
This was my first umrah and I was really anxious as well as having so many questions. I was also taking my children so it was very important that everything went smoothly for me and Alhamdulillah it did.
I only wanted contact through the same person so Shahzain informed me his working hours and therefore he was always available when I contacted with any query.
The process was explained to me in a simple format and all confirmation documents was sent to my by email and whatsapp. I paid a deposit and made full final payment one month before travelling.
The process was easy and Shahzain gave me a lot of confidence in booking with this company.
Emaar Maktan was a really good 4 star hotel in Madinah. Emaar Grand in Makkah is rated 4 stars but I feel it is more closer to a 3 star hotel.
The transport company for hotel transfers/Ziarat was ‘Muhabiya Transport’ and they were excellent with their communication.
I recommend Hajjandumrah.co.uk and inshallah will be using their services again in the future.
Thank you to Shahzain for such great communication over the last 5 months.

Mubashir was excellent from start to finish.

This was my third time booking through Hajj & Umrah Polani and it has never disappointed.

The addition of the ground transport as part of the package was a very welcome bonus too.

Always updated me and allowed me t have a smooth journey/umrah

Excellent Service by Hajj and Umrah Travel Company!
We had a wonderful experience with Hajj and Umrah Travel Company. Their service was very well organised from start to finish. The cars were clean, comfortable, and always arrived on time.
A special thanks to Mr. Kashan Khan for his outstanding support throughout our journey. He was extremely polite, helpful, and kept checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Such a well mannered and professional young man truly an asset to the company.
Highly recommend this company for anyone planning their Hajj or Umrah

Everything was made very easy for us. Mubashir was always responsive on WhatsApp to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend booking with Hajj and Umrah.

Excellent service & Agent Basit was extremely forthcoming to adhere to all our needs & requirements & our trip to Makkah & Madinah & then on to Dubai all went so smoothly & they kept in contact with us throughout all our journey to make sure everything was in place for my family & I.
Thank you

Alhamdulillah, our family Umrah trip was an incredible experience from start to finish. We travelled with our elderly parents and young children, and the entire journey was made so smooth, comfortable, and spiritually uplifting thanks to the amazing organizlsation and support from the team.

Every detail , from the flights and hotels to transportation and guidance in Makkah and Madinah was handled with such professionalism and care. The team was always attentive, patient, and understanding of our family’s needs, especially with our parents and little ones.

Special thanks to Brother Sheikh for his constant support, wisdom, and spiritual guidance throughout the trip. His reminders and knowledge added so much meaning to every step of our journey, helping us stay connected to the purpose of Umrah while making it easy for all ages to participate.

We are so grateful for this experience and highly recommend this group to any families looking for a well-organised, caring, and spiritually enriching Umrah trip. May Allah bless the entire team for their efforts and reward them abundantly.

We had a great experience with this agency especially thanks to ayan he was very professional polite and helpful from booking to final arrangements everything was handled smoothly and on time ayan made the whole process stress free and provided excellent customer service highly recommended

Alhamdulillah our Umrah trip went exceptionally well. We booked with hajjandumrah.co.uk based on recommendation. At first I was a bit spectacle booking with a company unfamiliar to me (everything was done online) but Alhamdulillah after liaising with brother Shazain and team my friend's family and my family went ahead with the booking.
Alhamdulillah we had a very positive experience with flights, hotels, transfers and Ziarah.
Brother Shazain and team stayed in touch with us throughout the whole journey from the initial booking till we returned back to ensure everything was going smoothly - this was reassuring and gave peace of mind. Our hotels were very nice and close to the Heram.
Overall the service we received was very professional.
We will definitely recommend this company to others.
Thank you hajjandumrah.co.um for making our Umrah experience so beautiful and memorable.

An amazing experience of Umrah with these guys.24 hours in contact and worry free service. Mr.Ayan and the team at saudia ensured our tour go smoothly. Would love to use their service again.

Hajj and Umrah UK is great company, very efficient, honest , accessible and helpful. I found Mr Manshah very friendly and available any time. He responded to my query instantly and appropriately.

Good service, very knowledgeable staff and very helpful, 24/7 available, i deal with Shahzain ( staff member) very competent and reliable.
This is my first Umrah trip and I had very good experience, this company organised for me everything hotel, flights & transport, highly recommended to everyone.
I will definitely go back to this company for my next visit/holiday plan.

An absolute pleasure. We were slightly sceptical buying a package online but Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly from transfers to hotel check ins to flight reservations. No issues at all and allowed me and my family to peacefully perform Umrah. The brothers also regularly checked in with us to check everything is going well including making sure the driver had contacted us prior to picking us up for transfers. JazakAllah Khair.

Highly reliable. Fast communication from Mr. Basit. Accommodating of different requirements.

Sarosh was really great when booking umrah - he was really patient when I persisted on getting specific hotel & flight with a specific budget in mind which was handled perfectly from Sarosh. He also made sure no problems occurred during my stay, overall my umrah planned out perfectly, Alhamdulilah.

Outstanding customer service

The service provided was outstanding with Basit being present to send me reminders while I am performing Umrah of my upcoming transfers and was very helpful. The only recommendation i have is for them not to work with Durrat al eiman hotel which is a falsely advertised 4 star hotel. Other than that, everything was great and i will be using them again INSHALLAH.

My experience was great with Haj and Umrah co.uk. Would highly recommend them

Highly recommend. Great prices and very helpful during the process. They give you all the information you need to ensure a safe and successful trip. Jazakallah

Shehzan has been very helpful throughout my journey from start to Finnish
I would recommend to book again with Flightcatchers
