Five star service from Shane!. He came out to us on a Sunday to fix a broken lock after an attempted break in and gave us total peace of mind with the product he supplied, talking us thorough all our options. Great value for our money too. I would highly recommend.

Shane was very professional and friendly. He not only fixed and changed the mechanism on our door, he also gave us a very honest opinion on another door which had an issue. I would definitely use him again if needed and I definitely recommend him.

I needed a mortice lock changed on a timber front door. Shane was very easy to make contact with. I contacted him over WhatsApp and he responded within minutes. I told him what my needs were and he explained what the best option was. His price was reasonable and he was available almost immediately at a time that suited me. He came on time, carried out the work professionally and tidied up after the work was completed leaving it looking considerably better than the previous lock had likely ever looked!. He then took the time to explain to me how the lock worked, demonstrated it to me and made sure I knew how to use it.

Throughout the process Shane was very polite and courteous. It was clear from the start that Shane knows what he's talking about and has years of experience. It's very hard to find tradesman that work to these standards so I'd have no hesitations in recommending him.

Called Shane and had my keys in my hand in less than an hour. Honestly this is how a business should be run - outstanding customer service.

A true professional locksmith. I have a slightly strange security setup and Shane knew exactly the issue and how to resolve it before attending - others had failed to resolve the issue I was having. Shane did a great job, he was fast and pleasant, I wasn't able to meet him at our house but he was able to cater for that. He also made a mistake with the invoice but accepted it and stood by his word which I respect. Highly recommend

Fantastic Locksmith - Would highly recommend!

Shane come to my rescue when I was locked inside my house!! Arrived within half hour after explaining costs and worst case scenarios on the initial call, he managed to open the door within minutes and carried out a solid repair to the latch. Such a honest, pleasant and informative guy, would deffo recommend.

Locksmith came the same day and very quickly replaced the lock on my front door. Great service all around. Would definitely use them again!

I contacted Haleslocks initially due to what seemed to be a problem with the lock on UPVC French doors. Having seen photos he suggested worst case scenario and costs, including realigning the doors. Once he realigned the doors they locked and fitted easily, so no other work was needed there.The realigning was an art in itself, the doors were gaping by a LOT previously.

I also had the night latch replaced on the wooden front door, as it had been faulty for some time and in danger of failing. It’s now nice and smooth to open and unlock. He took it upon himself to smooth out the secondary lock which was quite difficult to use previously.

Shane took his time explaining about all of the work both before his visit and after he had finished. He’s also very honest, as evidenced by not doing unnecessary work on the French doors; also for telling me I only had to pay for one spare front door key rather than the two I had ordered, as the lock was supplied with one more spare than he thought.

I’d already seen the previous reviews before I booked Haleslocks. I’m very pleased to confirm I would 100% recommend him.

Good honest work. After seeing photos gave a scenario of potential issues before coming out and the costs involved. The mechanism in my double glazed door had failed and Shane ultimately replaced this as quoted. Arrived on time as agreed and problem fixed with a warranty provided. No call out charge. If you need a local locksmith then I do not hesitate to recommend Shane. I would definitely call him again if required.

Fitted a lock about 18 months ago. It just stopped working the weekend. Even though it was beyond its 12 month guarantee Came out immediately, replaced it without any fuss and even cut us extra keys. No charge.

Shane arrived very quickly accessed the problem I had caused and fixed it in minutes. The communication with him was very good before and after he opened my door. I felt very secure with him as a single woman this is important and will use his services again if I need too.

I spoke to this business over the phone, and sent them a video of my issue (I couldn't open my garage door).

Rather than fleecing me for a load of money, he pointed out I was using the wrong key! I feel like an idiot, except for the fact that I called the right guy!
