We were dealt with by Andy, who was very patient with us as first time buyers. He explained everything to us in depth; provided us with all the offers available (and were the best deal for us); never put any pressure on us with our choices and was readily available whenever we need him. He has made the process of buying our first home an enjoyable experience and we will be recommending him to our friends and family who are first time buyers, or homeowners alike.

Andy is extremely knowledgable, fast and responsive, always more than happy to jump on a call to chat through my many questions as a first time buyer. Since getting my offer on my property accepted and my original mortgage offer coming through, Andy was also always very on it with securing me the best rate as they changed, meaning my repayments came down by over £50 a month all during the conveyancing period.
