I've never worked with a recruiter quite like George at Hamilton-Barnes. He became more like an old friend than an agent and spent hours (literally) coaching and discussing the role. He was very proactive in keeping me updated, I don't recall ever chasing him for information. I never felt like a piece of meat being traded and was always treated as an individual.
The cherry on the cake was him taking 15 mins to chat with my daughter and provide her some guidance.

James was always by my side throughout the entire process. He consistently checked in and tried to support me.

Whenever I had questions, he responded promptly and provided a solution. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Jamie Maher was friendly and professional throughout the recruitment and hiring process. Even afterwards he was curious to check in with me about my new job to learn how is it going. If anybody at Hamilton Barnes is reading this, this man deserves a raise.

To be honest, at first I thought it was a scam.

My experience with Ronnie was very pleasant. He tried very hard to help me and found me a job very quickly.

I am a UK citizen who has just relocated to the US so the job market seemed very different and trying to navigate it was a nightmare.

Sam reached out to me very early on in my job hunt. Communication from the beginning was exceptional, with an in depth look into what I was searching for. He had a great understanding of my skills and certifications which allowed him to understand my career path.

From there Sam was able to reach out to contacts he had made here in Virginia with a company that operate similarly to my previous roles but also allowed for career progression. Due to his knowledge of the career landscape here he was able to sell me and my resume to an employer in a way that I would not have thought of or been able to project.

Leading up to my interview Sam contacted me many times explaining the role, what they were looking for and an in depth look at the workplace environment for that company. From there he helped find information and talked through interview techniques tailored to this job role and this employer, which was really appreciated as it had been a while since I was employed and also now in a different country.

Things progressed quickly and within two weeks of initial contact I was offered a job!

I can’t thank Sam enough. His in depth knowledge and understanding of the the technical aspects of my resume, the local job environment, the career projection I was looking for has landed me a great role with a great company.

1 interview, 1 job offer. I can’t ask for much more than a 100% success rate.
