I had and continue to have a fantastic working experience with Sebastian at Hamilton Barnes. From the time he reached out to me, he thoroughly briefed me on the role's responsibilities for End User's support with their devices' hardware, software issues raised and their compliance etc. His communication was impressive and professional at all times from start to finish—he always promptly responded to my e-mails, WhatsApp chats and phone calls he kept me updated throughout the entire process.

What really stood out for me, was Sebastian's proactive approach, he had an annual leave scheduled that fell within the period for my compliance processes. He efficiently delegated it to his colleague Toby Pollard to deputy him for the continued processes to regularly follow up with calls to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly, which made the whole experience feel seamless and very supportive to me. Upon his return from annual leave, Sebastian followed up by sharing plenty of useful advice and updates that I was able to put to good use during my ongoing onboarding processes.

Even though I have accepted the job offer, I have not started it yet, due to the onboarding processes, Sebastian's support and professionalism made a real difference, and I am feeling well-prepared every step of the way. I’d highly recommend him and Hamilton Barnes to anyone who is seeking their next opportunity in an End User's Information Technology - Service Delivery and Operational Support role.

Wow! Where to begin.

Sam Merchant reached out to me a couple of weeks ago for a position at a local university. We briefly discussed my background and current aspirations in regards to my career. He quickly set up my first interview and prepped me for the call. Sam was very respondent throughout the process and very proficient in moving the process along.

I have dealth with some recruiters in the past, but this experience left me higly impressed. My contact was Jamie who got in touch with me in regards a position he thought I would be a good fit. Constant updates about recruitement process, next steps, helped get my foot in the door and landed an interview literally couple days later.
