This was my first experience with Hamilton Barnes. I was contacted by Joseph Bell. The result could not have been better. The process was fast. Joe kept me informed at all times and provided me with all the information I needed to prepare for the interviews. He took a constant interest in me and contacted me before and after each interview. He accompanied and advised me throughout the process, facilitating my preparation, my performance and confidence and an excellent final result. More than a headhunter, he has been a coach! My first (and unique) experience with Hamilton Barnes couldn't be better. I have been contacted by lot of Headhunters and I always had the same problem: Feeling alone "in the dark", alone during the process. I was reached by Henry Middleton and since the first call everything was amazing, something I am not getting used. Clear explanations, constant calls to inform about the process, the status, the next steps, calls asking you how you are, if you need something to be more prepared for an interview, emails with a lot of information regarding the company, the people who will interview you, tips, etc... Could not think of a company I would want to avoid more than Hamilton Barnes. Awful communication, execution and management of our project. 0% of the resources showed up on time, and only 1 of the four showed up at all. Our recruiter was contacted at 6:30 am to ask why their people we not there and did receive a return call until 5pm. It was escalated to the recruiters boss, who scheduled a meeting with me to discuss and did not show up for the call. I let them know we would not use them again and please stop contacting myself and my team, they then try to back door around me to my team.

Hamilton Barnes has helped me finding a job that suits for me. Also they have keep close attention to my choices and personal situation.
They have been really a great help ensuring everything runs smoothly and that you have no doubts at any step.

Worked with a recruiter here. He would respond quickly for a couple days and then completely ghost me and flake out. How are y’all supposed to run a recruitment agency if you leave your clients in the dark. I left a couple voicemails checking in and never heard back. I responded to his email and never got a response.

I was contacted by Tom Jones from Hamilton Barnes regarding an open position in IT-Security (my desired position). Tom, not only professionally organized a meeting with the company, but involved himself in consulting, preping for the interview and finalizing the contract.
I would say - hands down the best experience I have had in dealing with a recruiting agency!!

Working with Jamie Maher

Working with Jamie was a pleasure. He understood where I was in my career, and what the best next step would be for me. Communication was always clear, consistent and honest, which I really appreciated and ultimately helped me in securing my new role.

Hamilton-Barnes, and especially John Tan, is excellent at communicating (e.g. what the next steps in the process are, follow-ups), very personable and helpful.
