Cold E-Mails; unclear where Info was obtained from
I regularly get unsolicited E-Mails from Hamilton-Barnes to my work e-mail regarding hiring-offers for "Bauleiter". I am not sure where they obtained my Info from but I believe they found my LinkedIn and just deduced my company's work e-mail scheme and started the cold e-mailing.

So far an unpleasant experience. Another recruiter reached out to me, I asked him to clear that security concern of mine before I even want to talk and got ingored after.

A nice way to find a new job
My experience with Hamilton Banres was right from the beginning positive. Their recruiters are friendly and highly motivated to find you a new job. They work together with different companies and arrange jobinterviews withinhin a short period of time so that a standard application is not necesary. Besides the recruiters informed me about the companies themselves and give you deeper insights about which candidate they look for. Furthermore they accompanied me during every single step of the recruitment process. Im very happy that i found my new job thanks to HB!

Extrem unseriös
Extrem unseriös. Ich habe ungefragt Kandidatenvorschläge erhalten, soweit ich weiß, haben wir (zweitgrößtes Telko-Unternehmen in Deutschland) gar keine Verbindung zu dieser Firma. Sobald ein Kandidat bei einer Firma vorgeschlagen worden ist, ist es ihm untersagt, sich eigenständig bei den Firmen zu bewerben; grundsätzlich fair, aber wenn die Firma selbst Profile ungefragt inflationär (ich bin noch nicht einmal im HR tätig) und ohne überhaupt eine geschäftliche Beziehung zu dem Unternehmen zu haben an Firmen verschickt, bleibt den Kandidaten nicht mehr viel Spielraum für eigene Bewerbungen.

You were only emailed once, and no candidate names or candidate CVs were shared, we just shared the candidates skills. Therefore, your point of candidates being unable to apply directly themselves is incorrect, and the candidates skills who were shared had consented.
Additionally, unsubscribing from our emails is a straightforward process, and your name was promptly removed from our list once you expressed disinterest. However, to ensure there are no future issues, our IT team has implemented a complete block on incoming and outgoing emails from and to your address.
We have a longstanding relationship with your company, which is why you were contacted regarding candidates. We regret any confusion and appreciate your understanding.

Harry Clanshaw hält keine Rückmeldungen, der Firma gehts nur drum ein großes Portfolio an Daten zu haben und diese dann teuer den anderen Unternehmen zu verkaufen.
Geht zu ein lokalen Personaldienstleister in eurer Stadt, die Firma ist Schmach.

Henry Foster von Hamilton Barnes hat sich in mehrfacher Hinsicht unprofessionell verhalten. Die erste Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte auf Deutsch, obwohl er selbst nur gebrochen Englisch spricht. Im Telefonat verhielt er sich von oben herab und arrogant. Er verlangte meinen Lebenslauf, angeblich nur um ihn sich "anzuschauen". Kurz darauf fragte er nochmal nach meinen letzten 3 Beschäftigungen, obwohl diese Informationen im Lebenslauf standen. Ohne meine Zustimmung leitete er meinen Lebenslauf an mindestens 3 Firmen weiter. Als ich mich nicht innerhalb eines Tages zurückgemeldet habe, begann er mich überall zu kontaktieren (Anrufe, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). Er drängte auf einen Rückruf, obwohl ich kein Interesse mehr hatte. Nach meiner Absage reagierte er gar nicht mehr, was zeigt, dass es ihm nur um seine Provision ging. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel für einen professionellen Recruiter. Es ist verständlich, dass ich in Zukunft jegliche Anfragen von Hamilton Barnes ablehnen werde. Solch eine Firma schadet dem Ruf der gesamten Branche.

We take all reviews seriously and strive to uphold high standards of professionalism. After looking into your concerns, it seems there may have been some miscommunications on both sides.
Henry shared that he believed he had your consent to share your CV with two companies, not three, and thought you were interested in the roles. We're sorry if this wasn't your understanding. Regarding the language barrier, I apologise if the initial communication in German caused any confusion. All communication including phone calls is tracked and recorded for training purposes and so the phone calls have been listened back to, as the feedback relating to Henry being ‘arrogant and condescending manner’ is not something we adhere to and need following up. Henry had felt that was a good rapport between them both and the phone call reflects this too, but again it may be that the language barrier caused some miscommunication.
Henry's intention was to support you in your job search, and he reached out multiple times because the client was waiting for your response. We understand this might have felt excessive, and we're sorry if it came across as too much pressure.
It's also not our standard practice to ignore candidates after they express disinterest, and we apologise for not following up with you after you decided not to proceed.
