I was looking for a red microwave oven as I was changing my kitchen from retro cream to red.
Red retro microwave search gives a limited choice but I compared models and went for this one as it ticked a lot of other boxes, controls and size. To be honest I’d never heard of Hamilton Beach before but thought I’d give it a go. Best decision!! I love it! Had a slight problem as there was a small part missing inside the cavity that keeps the turntable in place.
Initial oh no was soon replaced with joy. I rang customer service, phone answered extremely quickly by the amazing Theresa who quickly solved my problem. She apologised for the inconvenience and checked if the part was in stock. It was and came the next day. Popped it on and that was it. The best customer service I think I’ve ever had. Thank you 👍🏼

Whilst we unfortunately have had to return the air fryer for size reasons. We cannot fault customer service with Theresa and colleagues. A* service.

Amazing! Spacious!

Theresa was extremely helpful in assisting me today. She guided me though my request spending time and politeness. It was a pleasure to talk to Theresa.

We upgraded to a double oven air-fryer having had a single drawer unit for over a year.
We were a bit surprized when we found it had drop-down glass fronts with stainless baskets and shelves instead of drawers (just shows how careful we were when choosing it). We're very pleased with it however, having used for some time. Nice design, well made. we're glad we chose, if by default!

Bought microwave and it’s brilliant stylish and stainless steel inside and out simple to use only down fall the light inside is very dim but nothing to worry about

Bought a 30 litre 950 watt micro wave 3 months ago so far it has been brilliant but wasn't as described it said there was a grill in it all the holes are there for the grill but no grill

I love the style of my recent purchase of a charcoal colour kettle and toaster, but I wish there was more in the range. I would like an air fryer and a microwave in this colour.

Attractive neatly sized black microwave which so far does everything I need it to do. Simple to operate and just what I was looking for at a competitive price.

Kettle started leaking after 4 months! Unfit for purpose...

I bought matching kettle and toaster not happy with the toaster it only toasts on side no matter what setting it is on. I have to cancel and turn the toast around

Hello. We bought a Hamilton Beach filter coffee machine at our local store. Admittedly it was in a sale and didn't cost above £20 or so but, after what must have been five or six uses, the glass jug cracked, making it worthless.
I was advised to take it back to the store, which I did. Unfortunately they wouldn't replace it.
As I was unable to purchase a replacement jug, I reluctantly binned the whole thing. 🙄
I have dated this "23.1.25" but this may be a few days out. Sorry

After three months, the four screws which attach the handle to the tray came off ending up inside the food.

Good product - Rediffusion cordless vacuum - supplied through Amazon, developed a fault so needed to be returned under warranty. The Amazon return system did not suit that situation but the ladies at Hamiltonbeach - notably Theresa - were incredibly helpfull, cannot commend them enough.

I bought a Hamilton beach steam generator iron it's not working it's not giving steam I only got it a few days ago I opened it yesterday to use it's not letting steam out of the iron I'm ring the number but no one is answering the phone I think I been robbed this company selling broken products it's not fair 😡 I been ringing since 9 am no reply I've emailed them.to no reply

I’ve been trying to contact the company to make a claim about my waffle maker, which literally exploded in the electric socket while in use. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any replies to my emails, and no one answers when I call the UK phone number provided. Very disappointed with the lack of response and customer service.
