I have been using the Hamilton Beach Mixer Grinder for over a year now, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. It truly serves as an all-in-one appliance, offering convenience, versatility, and consistent results across a wide range of kitchen tasks. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, this product has exceeded my expectations in every way. As a South Indian I prepare Chutney Pudi and this is the only drawback that the groundnuts do not grind evenly. But the rest is awesome. Highly recommended.

Hamilton beach products are sleek and great quality for a fair price. I bought a 20L Retro Red Microwave and it adds a great pop of colour to our kitchen. Easy to clean and easy to use!

Ordered a ceramic bowl replacement for a slow cooker, but was delivered broken. Contacted the customer support (who were helpful) and had a replacement delivered but again in a broken state. There must be a fundamental issue in how they pack product before dispatching. I’m still waiting for the third product to be delivered 😮‍💨

Ii am very pleased with my new iron. It is quick to charge up and the steam system is smooth and effective. AS I do not have excellent eye sight, I do find the bronze colour letters hard to read. That aside, it was a good purchase.

I had ordered an Airfryer but although it was a lovely product it was too big for my kitchen so I wanted to return it. I found the process a little confusing so got in touch with customer services. They helped me arrange for a collection and couldn’t have been more helpful, a BIG thank you to them

Theresa Edmondson was always very helpful and understanding each time I called to complain about DPD not picking up the parcel to be returned, this happened 4 times. Theresa then sent a QR code for me to post, which was extremely helpful.

Due to excess heat the motor has stopped working and I wasn't knowing what to do, but their team helped me a lot and asked me to reset it and it worked. Wonderful team
