Nice product

First time I have used an iron of this type. And to be honest. I won't be going back to any other type of iron. Absolutely amazing steam, my clothes are crease free.

Have just Purchased the Hamilton Beach XXL Dual Stack 11l 2 Draw Air Fryer.
Am impressed with the design and the functionality of this Air Fryer and its space saving double stack design. Also the sale price of the item in Store.

Love the airfryer, not noisy at all, I find adjusting time and temp a bit fiddly. There was a discrepancy in the dimensions so I expected it to be bigger. The pictures show different sizes to the written description. I bought direct from the company so found it very odd that I had to send proof of purchase to activate the warranty. I was required to send the invoice that I never received via email, so that was a bit stressful. Not sure I would purchase from you again for this reason

I have purchased a steam generator, it arrived today but haven't used it yet. On inspection there are no marks for max or minimum fill. The water tank was quite stiff to get out. The locking buttons are difficult to use. Have to get distilled water as I live in a very hard water area. Also have to figure a way to get proof of purchase as it was an online purchase.

Simple and easy

We bought this kettle from Amazon 3 week’s ago.. and after the 2 half weeks it decided not to work anymore.. we changed fuse but still nothing… we r still trying to get this sorted after another 3 weeks but still we r having trouble contacting someone.. you r saying contact Amazon and amazon r saying contact the company.. no 1 is taking responsibility.. not happy at all.. the kettle wasn’t that cheap at 40 pound

Ordering was straight forward and goods delivered quickly. I have to say though that the toast does not brown evenly on both sides. Kettle heats well and pours smoothly.

I am really enjoying using the Hamilton Beach mighty Mini 1.8L slow cooker. It’s so easy to use and makes delicious meals/soups. I’m so glad this revised version has the ‘on’ light - that clinched the deal for me. The outer casing can get a bit hot on high setting, but the cooker heats up nice and quickly. What I love most is coming home on a cold or grim day to the cosy smell of home cooking! Plenty for 2-3 people.

After my expensive double drawer Air fryer failed, one sensor stopped working on 1 drawer the whole thing stopped working. I went out looking for replacement and came across Hamilton Beach HB4001 Air fryer
It's very basic so I bought one to try out
First thing I cooked were frozen chips and I was well impressed with the results. I have since cooked chicken, sausages, pasties, sausage rolls all turned out with excellent results. i was very impressed with the results I got a second HB4001 Air fryer the two of them only takes up a little more space than the double drawer fryer

I ordered a £330 Hamilton Beach mixer grinder, and within just two weeks, the small jar’s plastic broke. I contacted customer care, but they said it’s not covered under warranty. Ridiculous! The product is overpriced, and the plastic jar lid quality is very cheap.

I also tried to order a replacement lid for £4.99, but the delivery charge was £6.60 — that’s absurd and feels like they’re ripping off customers. Overall, very disappointed with both the product quality and the service.

We spotted one of your lovely microwaves at Barton Grange. It really caught our eye because its mint green and we loved the shape of it. It's something different to the usual run of the mill.

Just purchased a Hamilton Beach Stealth Collection textured kettle from Boundary Mill outlet in Rotherham, very pleased with the price,look and performance so far, 2 year warranty also. lovely!

Ordered a retro microwave Hamilton Beach. It looks fantastic and fits my kitchen perfectly. It arrived next day after order which was great. Registration for warranty was easy to complete with good customer care and service to let me know it was completed.
Microwave works great but with a very retro noisy sound which was a surprise!!

I had a problem with returning a package with DPD.. the delivery driver was supposed to have been and said I hadn't anything to send back.. Upshot was this delivery driver never came near my bungalow and when I got in touch with Theresa she was ever so helpful.. I cannot thank Theresa enough.. all the wonderful help she gave me.. she's a star in my eyes.. once again thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ for all your help
