So I came on to see what the rating was on this and I'm just baffled at how low it is. I mean I have lost a lot but I've also won a lot. And I withdraw my 100 I won a bunch of times and it comes to my account in seconds!!! Not minutes! Seconds!!! Why is the rating so low on this and saw someone got arrested??? That has to have more details to it, come on?? Using someone else's name? Something? They can't arrest you for no reason and they would never ever tell you to come pick up your withdrawal (unless they suspect fraud) and maybe then they would) but honestly I'm just not sure why this is rated like this. I've seen stories of people winning thousands of dollars and I am going to actually take one star because I have been straight losing lately. If I win more than 100 I'll bring my stars back up to 5 again but come on guys! If they paid you and you didn't fix the stars please go and fix them because HardRock has been around FOREVER AND I SERIOUSLY DON'T THINK THEY'D LET SCAMMERS RUN THEIR APP!!! SO STOP WITH THE horrible reviews unless you really haven't been paid. And a news flash to everyone who complains about how long they take to verify. When they are thorough about verifying your identity! You should give them more stars, not less because they're making sure you're safe and somebody didn't take your account. And man if they had someone arrested for no reason, that's just not cool. But I can't base my review on that. 4 stars because I'm losing lately more than winning but they also added being able to bet less than a dollar so still get 4 stars from me!!! I won 50 just the other day and went to my bank in 3 seconds! I'll come add 5 stars the Second I hit 1 or 2k like so many others have!!! HardRock I'm truly sorry that more people that have had wonderful experiences don't come and rate you. I'll be telling them on my social media to come and do right by you guys!!! Because this is ridiculous! You're not this low of a rating!!!

I have been using hard rock online since it came on line. Very happy with the website. Amazed by the algorithms. I'm very happy with all the bonus bet promotions. I have had two issues, both resolved satisfactorily. can recommend!

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would, Customer Service techs are awful, I’ve submitted a change of address yesterday over 25 hours ago and they can’t get it right, how is it you submit all your paperwork and you can’t place a simple bet, Florida needs other betting options

I love hard rock bet. I know its probably just superstition, but I always seem to win on here. They have one of the best game selections in NJ, awesome bonuses and customer service is top notch.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I won 479 dollars and was told I had to personally show to collect so I drove 2 hours and 15 minutes to brighton florida . I spoke to the Casino manager it was his 1st night they decided to tell me they refuse to pay me and in fact arrested me charged me with 2 misdemeanors and put me on probation charged me 3k in court fees ...absolute horror show and a Con. I'll never gamble with them they are awful hard rock is rock bottom period and facts 💯

I have been on this App for about 2 years. I have used the same method of payment the whole time. So today when I opened my App I had a bonus of $143. I played and got up to $300 . These idiots will not let me withdraw. I went into the chat at about 6:30 pm for assistance and ended at 11:15 pm spoke with 13 people and no one resolved my issue. As a matter of fact one of the chat members went in and did something to my account and then they said I was new to the platform , my method of payment no longer worked and I had to add money in order to withdraw and I just used the app the night before with the same payment method no one has helped me as of yet to get my $300 off this crap. This is a billion $$ industry that’s ripping people off , there must be something that can be done!!!! Have also sent several emails and no response

Something is not right with this company.... I created an account, put my banking on their site, deposited money ($300), then won $622, and tried to withdraw it. They 'suspended' my account in order for me to authenticate my information (photo of license, bank card). I've waited over 24 hours and haven't hear a thing yet. I think these people are scammers.

Very clean gaming area, always good time. There is always a lot of people enjoying their time there. Council oak is a must , best steakhouse around. Lobby bar can use some more seating and maybe more bartenders otherwise great.

Hardrock bet is not to be trusted. When I made a bet and won they said the bet was not made. This was the semi-final Seahawks 3 parlay bet, January 25, 2026. I hope the scammers are closed down. Oh, But this is the Seminoles were talking about, Big campaign donors.

Absolute criminals. I made a prop bet on a player that never played in the second half of an NFL game. Their policy is to return the bet for a bonus bet. After not receiving it I sent them an email because there is no way to contact them, they didn’t get back to me for days and when they did they said bonus bet was only good for 5 days and it expired. Dont know what government agency controls them but I’ll be connecting them once I figure it out. Disgraceful to say the least.

Placed a bet on nfl game. I had all rhe players hit the bet quota. Then right at the end of the game with 10 seconds da left they had me lit up in green stating I would win as long as the team won. Well, a few seconds later they took off the rushing yards and left me with needing 2.5 yards left to win.
They had well o er that. The player for the rushing yards and then some.
I will never play this again! Period!!!!

Anybody who has been using this app will see the dramatic change in payouts over the last 5 to 7 days. You will hit Grand bonuses with your coins but you will never get the grand bonus. Not so subtle change. The frequency of bonus in every game has dramatically dropped and every payout has been cut drastically. Anybody that can prove they've actually won money in the last week send me proof and I will match it. That is how confident me and my partners are that the algorithm has been changed and nobody is winning. They're currently under investigation for improper gaming practices. Keep that in mind when losing your money

After 8 days of Messaging back and forth, I would not use Hard rock bet .
My account was blocked because I attempted to delete old cards that had not been used in 2 or more years, due to me making bank account switch, I sent emails and sent old statements to prove they were my cards . Well that was a year ago.
I figured I'd give it a shot and try to switch from Ceasers rewards to Unity. And my family members who are dimond elete were planing on jumping ship to hard rock as. We had went to hard rock ac and match our player statues and started gambling at hard rock, and planned on using hard rock bet to earn rewards throughout Unity but after my 8 day experience and feeling as if I am signing up for a motgage. Every time I send them documents they ask for they ask for more. And you can not get ahold of a team member that can help you just a support team that send someone else the info. I have sent my debt cards 2 times my license 3 times and a selfie with my license aka real id. and now they want a bank statement and a utility bill, this has been 8 days and about 200 messages back and forth, Everytime I try and call they say use the chat but all the chat does is say sorry for the frustration someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours . This has been after 5 different times sending different things they asked for.

Needless to say Customer service is a 0 out of 5 and I do not feel comfortable enough gambling with hard rock in fear of them with holding money and not being able to receive a true answer or an actual person on a phone to communicate with.
