My account was closed or restricted without notice after wins, and the support team didn’t explain clearly why. Being unable to access your account or funds is extremely frustrating for a betting app.

I wish I could give them a "0"rating. They close my account which had a balance for no good reason, they claim to have top notch customer service like 24/7 availability, live phone customer service and live chat, none of this is true. Only phone number provided is for gambling addiction help line. You will be redirected every time to email customer service which only will send an automated reply with a promise to reach out within 24 hours which will never materialize. I even attempted reaching the Seminole tribe gaming commission in Florida that were only able to transfer the call to an automated message that prompted me to once again reach out to hard rock bets customer service via email, yes the same email for the customer service that never reaches back to you. Please stay away from this people, I've exhausted every possible venue to no avail seems they can go about ripping anyone off without consequences. My next steps will be the Florida gaming comission and the better business bureau.

Can anyone get through to these people? I've emailed them several times about an issue with no response back. I'm trying to make a wager with my card on file and it says transaction can't be completed.

Worse Casino App out there. Promotion is fake. And 24/7 customer support joins the chat then leaves immediately so you can't resolve any issues. You reach out email and all they say is reach out to customer support. Stay clear from this app

I have never downloaded or used HardRock Bet. But I play puzzle-type games on my phone and their ads are unavoidable.
Twice, now, months apart, I have gotten fraudulent transaction notices from my bank that they are trying to have a $25 withdrawal authorized from my debit card—card info I never provided!
I wish there was a way to report them to an Agency that could actually help!

They literally change the rules to keep you from winning anything at all. I had a good run with baseball/hockey for a while and they changed the betting to only "win" or "odds" but not both reducing your winnings. They are also good at letting you bet on a live game and holding back a score that works in their favor until you place your bet. I'd stay on for the fun if they weren't so cheap but not having any fun winning every once in a while is not a good way to treat your customers. I'm done.

I wish there was a no star! I gave them my money and of course the game glitched on my bonus! I reached out to let them know. Usually you'll win the first couple times on these apps and that's it. This one you don't win at all I didn't and I tried really high bets to really low ones. And then I referred a friend. She downloaded the app deposited $100 she even placed a bet in the sports which we don't even know how to do but she did that cuz she was supposed to. I never got a penny. Hard rock Michigan is horrible. My account was suspended because my mom who I referred to the site tried to login to her account from my phone. They immediately suspended both of our accounts. Hers was reinstated with no issue after a few days. I had to submit ID verification to get mine reinstated. Then u get an email saying it’s been reactivated but I can’t use the only device I have to login!! It takes minimum 2 days for them to even respond to an email only for it to be crap anyway! I told them to close my account since I can’t login to do it myself and I’m done with them. Horrible way to start off HARD ROCK!

This online casino will take, take, take your money. If you win, you only win a fraction of the money back you bet just to keep you going and betting more thinking your going to eventually get something or atleast your money back, but you never do. I've played enough to know these slots are rigged. After months of being ripped off I finally opted out and feel so much better. Hardrock Bet has to be the worst Sportsbook in the world. It is very sad that their are no other legal options in Florida. My account has been suspended for months without an explanation I have made numerous attempts to rectify it I did all the verifications they requested and yet my account is still closed.
