I would advise everyone to stay away from this app!! I literally signed up and my payment methods, when trying to deposit, would eventially say "insufficient funds" only to realize a day or two later, the app would withdraw the funds and more from my account added. Then, when I went to withdraw my winnings. Before they actually took funds out of my accounts, Hard Rock bet rejected my withdrawal and suspended my account. I had to close all my accounts and start new. You should be aware that, you will have the same issues. Please go to BBB.com and put in hard rock bets, I am not the only one, I am just one of the little fish, in their big pond, that they have swallowed. Be careful!! Please do your research and realize, this is not something you need in your life. If you do the research online, you will see, there are so many more like me, same story. I write this review, because I pray you are not going to join the losers club and you stay away from this app.

Hard Rock Bet don’t even get a star. The worse sports bet. If you cannot control fraud then you guys should get shut down. DO NOT play on this site. I am WARNING you! My husbands acct got hacked and they are saying the bet was coming from our household. Over $300 gone on someone betting on past motor racing which he don’t even know how to bet on! If they check the records he only bets on football or basketball. This place is a joke and does not know how to look into fraud. He had the acct for only 2 mos. They want pictures of his debit cards. Get out of here. You couldn’t even look into this fraud and you want us to provide you more of our personal information.

I have numerous grievances upon being double charged upon making deposits with my bank account deposit 250 and youll see two 250$ transactions on your bank statement. I started using apple pay to avoid being charged twice. No integrity on the betting lines . The commissioners are in communication with the sports books to make bets go the other way when its a lot of volume on a certain bet. only certain people seem to consistently win as if they have a partnership or intel. Ive been waiting 3 days for my withdrawal. They have a contract for the next 30 years for the state of florida to only use hard rock bet. Thats why we cant use fanatics fanduel etc. it’s extortion. Ive been so close to big payouts and something always funny happens. If it’s not the players its the referees or someone making a call. They ask for bank statements for other reasons than verification I believe to see what tax bracket youre in. They don’t want you to pump up and change tax brackets. The rich get richer. I’ve reported them to the gaming commission numerous times the gaming commission says the seminoles run it . It lose lose. I watch the same people wager 5 to 20k often and win and for me to win 300$ to 1k is an issue. They are not our friends they are running a business find other sportsbook to use. The table tennis will bring you to your kness the guys aren’t even in America. The people know exactly what bets you’re putting in.

Hard Rock bet is a scam. I have been trying to get a withdrawal of $25 for almost a week and they are jerking me around and lying. No phone customer service and offshore incompetent customer service reps. The government should rescind their gaming license as in the state of Florida they are a monopoly

HOW can these people not void him from our parlays when he exits the game with an injury after 6 MINS??? I won EVERY OTHER LEG of my parlay! I would EXPECT any company that values their customers to recalculate my winnings (which were about $109, after subtracting his odds). This was a $6 +1300 bet, and his odds were around -250 to hit 15pts, BTW! This is HIGHWAY ROBBERY, & I have demanded the winnings owed to me - SOMETHING! There are articles EVERYWHERE you look - even DraftKings - asking what happened to Thomas. Customer Service is non-existent! I had an email thread 8 msgs long the last time I had to contact them, and each response was from a different person who replied with the same msg I rec'd from the last person! One even addressed me by someone else's name that's NOWHERE close to mine! They use shady business practices, i.e., offering an early cash out without updating the players' stats, to make it seem as if you might not win, hoping you take the cash out! I have to check elsewhere to dbl chk the actual stats to avoid spoiling my parlay by falling for their underhanded b.s. I could go on for DAYS; probably have gone on too long already.

They literally shut down your account when you try to withdraw it and say it’s for security reasons. They literally don’t let you have access to your own money for 24-48 hours. There’s no customer service phone number you can call either, just a chat with AI. This has to be illegal!!!

Yet another sportsbook that as soon as they see you getting ahead they limit your wagers. Sometimes they max me out at $0.50. it doesn't even pay for the taxes LOL. I sent them screenshot proof of what was going on and they just gave me generic copy paste answers.

Hard rock band is absolutely horrible and I think they should be taken down. They ask you to go on and verify yourself a million times and they've cost me so much money cuz I haven't been able to bet. I'm trying to get my money back and have them shut me down but nobody responds to you

If you want to log in every 5 minutes and go through a 2 step verification process - this is the app for you! It is too much of a hassle and doesn't always work. Customer service is poor and takes a lot of time. The betting can be a little complicated as well. There is a good reason there are so many bad reviews, use another service, you will be better off.

I've been using this sportsbook for around 2-3 years and it was good, no complaints at all. Unfortuanalty I was down around $1k over those years. Just this past month I've gone on a really good run for me and made all that back plus $260 profit and I'm now limited to $10 a bet. Absolute joke that I get limited for being +$260ish profit after 3 years. I contacted support and they tried to claim that there was no limits set on my account.

Don’t ever use this site under any circumstances!! This organization is a front for theft! They have stolen my money and from others as well. They will instantly take your money but the minute you ask for your money to be withdrawn back to you they will make every excuse to not return it. They purposefully do not have a customer support number and they will never have you speak with a human. All of their communication is done through an AI based bot that will never answer a question or provide an update. They want you to get frustrated and cancel your account so they can keep your money which they will do! The Florida legislators need to immediately shut down this site!! These people should be In jail!!!!

They suspended my account for no reason and have the absolute worst customer service ever.

Suspended my account after winning 2 bets since Thursday so now it’s Monday and still can’t open my account

Won online then they decided restrict my account and wanted pics my license n bank card, sent 5 times, then they closed my account on day 3 cant get any answers say wait for email also no phone# makes u chat online or email

wish honestly they had less than one star to give because hard rock deserves a -5. i tried for 8 hrs to find out why my “new” account had been suspended and no answer. i now know why their reviews show this app sucks. no customer service, could not call me or let me call them.

I put a bet on Monday night game bills vs falcons one of my players ruled out before the game he didn’t play and they refused to get me a refund, the name of the player Dalton Kincaid.. I think it’s not fair

Hardrockbet sent me an email and called me to tell me they realize my Wager Limit was incorrect. I pointed this out to them four days ago and they finally got around to agreeing with me. They sent me an email telling me I was right and called me to tell me I was right and they would fixed the problem IMMEDIATELY. The problem still hasn't been fixed. They even offered me a $200 bonus bet for my aggravation but said the bonus bet expires in 7 days. I am now at the fifth day of my bonus bet expiring and I can't use it because my wager limit has not been rest to the correct amount. I currently have $64 left in my wager limit so I can't use the bonus bet. I BET they are waiting for the bonus bet to expire before they fix my problem. This company has the most robotic, underhanded and lying reps in the history of customer service. I can't wait for another sportsbook to start taking bets in Florida so I can get away from Hardrockbet. They do nothing but LIE, LIE and LIE some more.

The customer service is the absolute worst. I have been a member since it started. However, after placing my bets my app crashed and they refused to help me.

Hardrock sports betting it’s the worst app O ever experienced

I referred a friend who bet $50. I was supposed to receive a bonus bet of $50 which was never received. I know two other people who had the same experience. I can’t believe the Florida Gaming authorities allow these crooks to operate. STAY AWAY FROM HARD ROCK! Heck, just read the reviews. Wonder what politicians are on their payroll;)
