I've been a user of hard rock bet since it became the only legal sports book in Florida, going on 3 years.
Positives: a large selection of soccer matches and leagues. The app is pretty easy to use. Lines are posted fairly early in the major sports with a large selection of alternate lines once the sport reaches near scheduled start time.
Negatives:. Lots of their settlement rules are a disadvantage to players compared to other sports books in their settlement process. Customer service is one of the worst I've experienced in any company. Only choices to contact customer support are via chat and/or email. If you plan on using the chat system set aside a minimum of 30 minutes before you receive a satisfactory answer to your direct question. Note;the chat will disconnect if sitting idle for more than 2 minutes so make sure every 2 minutes you send a message in the chat session otherwise you have to start over. Once 2025 college football and NFL has started app is very slow and glitchy probably from the increased traffic it is very frustrating when trying to place wagers. Missing games / matches from the board when they are posted at any other sports book. Seems like they try to limit their liability in any cases where the player may have a slight advantage, instead of prioritizing customer relations. In addition, they are very fast to remove any posted lines that are being hit by betters. Their selection of prop bets is one of the worst in the market very limited selections. In general their lines are higher than other sports books.
I could really go on with many more negatives but I don't want to seem like a hard rock basher. In summary, if/when another sports book becomes available in Florida I will be deleting the hard Rock that app! There are several better sportsbooks out there to use.

I seen the promo for hardrock bet 5$ and if your bet wins you get 150.000 in bonus bets. Well I signed up deposited 10$ it’s the minimum deposit.
Made two bets 5$ each at the same time. They settled at the same time. One bet loss one bet won, that’s great right bonus bets are won. No, nope even though my bets settled at the same time Hardrock took my loss bet and counted it as my first bet and took my bonus funds. Nowhere do I remember in the terms saying your first cash bet. It says bet 5$ and win!! Pathetic Hardrock do better!

Too many restrictions with trying to apply a profit boost to a parlay. Also the selection of parlays to play for all sports isn’t good and the payouts are poor also. The 150$ in bonus bets is smoking mirrors you don’t find out that u have to use it up in a week and the bets are by $25 increments only until after you win your $5 bet. Fan duel is way better with being able to use profit boost and only requiring a 5$ minimum bet instead of 10$ their parlay selections are a lot better.

Withdraws canceled with no input whatsoever. Refused to address or discuss the issue. They enter and exit chat to reset any customer service progress. "I AM PREPARING A REPORT WITH THE FLORIDA GAMING CONTROL COMMISSION." Immediately responded, withdraw confirmed and executed. You're welcome.

I recommend that you never bet on this app, THEY ARE THIEVES, and do not try to ask support for help or claim anything from them since they will never solve your problem, they make fun of you leaving you talking alone in the chat, they never solve your problem, ATTENTION with transactions since they will always discount you more than you deposit and if you claim to your bank or the platform through which you deposit the money there if you can get your refund but the bad thing about this is that later these THIEVES will withdraw it from your funds of the Hard Rock Bet account, and you already know what happens with the support, do not waste your time and do not fall into the clutches of these THIEVES

Jimbo, at Hard Rock was extremely understanding and easy to speak to. I made the error and I did not read all of the disclaimers and he still awarded me a goodwill bonus bet. Great customer service. With all of the available options these days, that is how you keep customers. Great job Jimbo, and Hard Rock!

The worst. I opened my account and made a deposit. One day after that they suspended it and wanted more verification. My passport . I decided to not do that and asked for my initial deposit back. They said they could not to that. So I can’t log in to get my money back due to it being suspended. I would say this is on the edge of criminal. I tried several times to work this out but all I get from their AI generated customer service is that we understand your frustration and we will get back to you. We need another sports book here in Florida. Hard rock is the worst.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! If you have an issue your only resolution is through chat or email. (VERY POOR CS BOTS) Also you are unable to remove your payment method once entered

They suspended me because they wanted ID verification.... I was able to get in... I Withdrew my funds and went to log in again and they SUSPENDED ME AGAIN..... They are suspension happy.... run away from this place... just use Bovada

Hard Rock Bet is the worst sportsbook in the world. I understand that they are the only legal Sportsbook in Florida so they don't even try to please the customers. My account has been suspended for using multiple devices, I went along with all the compliance procedures. I provided all of the necessary documents and they re-opened and then suspended it without no explanation. I have been a customer since the beginning I have also deposited over 40k on this platform and they still treat me like a common criminal, no satisfaction, no nothing. I cannot wait until there is another legal sportsbook in Florida

I've played for months at their online casino and never had a problem with deposits from 2 banks , On a really good night, including a Major Jackpot, I began to withdraw funds to those same banks. All told, while I was still playing, I made 8 withdrawal requests totaling $40,000. Next thing I know, my game is frozen and mI got a technical error report. I tried to play other games but always got the same result. So I quit for the night. Next day, I checked both banks to make sure deposits from Hard Rock went thru. Nothing. Went back to the website, still no access to games. Checked my withdrawal record and found out they were suspended, but no reason given. That started a ten day fiasco with support demanding that I send them proof of my accounts at the two banks, which I did. Over and over. Notice I had no access to my $40,000. After days of this, the request came to forward front/back of my auto license, and "A SELFIE". Sent me a link photo'd my license, took a selfie and got a 'successful' response from the receiving site. Next day, message was "Not Acceptable", send again. Waited for the same link, provided the same photos as the day before. Next day, suspension lifted. never a reason given for the suspension during the ordeal. Or a person's name, only Support Team on the other end of my communicatioins.

They just blocked my account for no reason. I had bets in I can't check now. I feel like I won, because I've been playing and loosing for a couple weeks now and I was about to check my bets and out of no where they tell me my account is suspended

Decent user interface. But my wife opened an account and hard rock bet suspended the account for some unclear arbitrary reason and basically blocked access to the funds that she deposited along with several bonus bets. Chat agent didn't solve the problem and the response time frame or window said about 1 to 2 days. Meanwhile, no access to the account costing my wife time and money. This is clearly unacceptable and I will be avoiding this site like the plague. I suggest that others out there do the same; unless you want your hard earned money frozen and you want to be restricted from wagering. Hard rock bet = hard earned money confiscated!!

The worst. Don’t bet in there. They just change your payout as they want and then you only have the choice of a chat. On that chat the reps just don’t care and they just left and leave you there, then some other comes in the chat and also leave you alone. That’s incredible. Real thieves

I’ve been on Hard Rock Bet for a little over a year. I put in $40-$50 every few weeks for fun. About 6 months ago, I tried to withdraw $400 and I received an email from Hard Rock Bet they were unable to complete the withdraw-this is the same account I use to deposit… Without any issue of course. I thought maybe I just made an error and forgot about it… Then 3 weeks ago I tried to withdraw $179… still no money. Right now, I’d be very careful using this betting site… Maybe deposit $10 then if you have a little bit of winnings, do a withdraw.
