I have only ordered samples so far but needed them quickly and they could not have been more helpful really pleased with their customer service

Requested free samples which were delivered very quickly, a follow up phone call from Hardwood Floor store, resulted in more free samples as my colour theme had changed. When i decided on the flooring the customer services were very polite and helpful providing quotes very quickly, any follow up phones regarding stock were dealt with efficiently and quickly keeping me informed of stock availability.
Flooring is excellent quality, looks fantastic, easy to lay and staff were brilliant, would highly recommend

Ashleigh was very helpful, responding promptly to queries I had about the product, delivery times etc.

Don't have laminate, do yourself a favor, get this instead. Clicks into place so easy to install.

Excellent service and high quality flooring!

Who doesn’t like great customer service! Robyn has been so helpful but it’s the little touches that had made my experience one to remember. Our first samples didn’t arrive, a quick call to the company and Robyn swiftly confirmed that duplicates would be sent, in addition, based on my original picks, she included a couple of others. It was one of these that we in fact decided to go for.

Robyn then followed up to check samples received. Once we had decided on what we preferred she was able to advise stock levels and then reserved stock for us so we didn’t miss out.

Arrangement of delivery was also made easy, as we were not living at home while works being done, Robyn confirmed a quick call to her on day of delivery and she would be able to give we a better idea of delivery time, so I could be home.

Simple customer advice and service that has actually super impressed me, well done HFS and an extra thank you to the marvellous Robyn.

I ordered a sample which was sent straight away followed up by a call from Robyn asking if I'd like some extra samples of similar flooring. She also prepped some quotes for me to compare costs. A really nice example of good customer service.

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with the Hardwood Floor Store and the Par-ky flooring we bought from them.

Everything from the quick arriving of the samples, to the product advice we needed in the ordering process was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner.

We bought 50m2 of the product for our extension that was due to be built, when the builders were delayed by 3 months, HFS also offered to store the flooring for us.

It did take us a little while to find a fitter that was suitable for the job, but now that it is down throughout the entire ground floor of our house we couldn't be happier.

Excellent service and customer care. Rob went out of his way to ensure that we found the perfect flooring. He understood what we wanted and sent out samples so that we were happy with our choice. When we changed our mind and opted for a darker shade he set about finding the wood flooring we wanted. Not a problem for him. Highly recommend. The flooring looks great and good quality.
