Well pleased. Using the optimoroute was really handy and we were ready for the delivery. The two guys were very friendly and great at unloading the furniture. They were also very helpful and offered advice. A very positive experience.

I went in to buy a new laptop for University. As someone who knows little about laptops and what one would suit me and my needs in university, I told Julia, a member of staff, what I was looking and she was an incredible help. I was very happy leaving the store and I am very happy with my new laptop. Thanks again!

I would absolutely recommend Harvey Norman & in particular Paul whose customer service was excellent. During our two visits to the store Paul took the time to find out exactly what we wanted & at no point did we feel rushed. He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the furniture including materials, suitability, payment options & delivery times.
The show room appearance was professional & easily navigated. Being able to source everything we needed in one place made the whole process much easier.
We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere which made the overall experience more enjoyable & stress free. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase.

Julia in the Boucher Road store delivered excellent service, was very knowledgeable about the phone I was purchasing and very pleasant to deal with.

Washing machine demo and ordering process was really smooth. Delivery tracking was great on my IPhone and machine arrived as stated on Saturday afternoon. Well done Harvey Norman team.

Delivery was on time, had a delivery window and was notified it was on the way with ability to track progress. Delivery guys were friendly, efficient and helpful. Item was well packed. Happy with the process.

When i arrived in store the member of called holly and she very kind and helpful and she also got the item I bought she got it wrapped up in a box and i would recommend anyone that i know if wanted to something from Harvey Norman i would recommend Holly to help as she is so kind

My husband and I were shopping for a new bed. We were served by Teresa in the Boucher Road branch. Teresa was very knowledgeable about all the products. She helped us decide on which bed was suitable for our needs. What an amazing shopping experience. Teresa is a credit to your company.

As soon as I walked into the new tech department I was approached by Julia and asked if I needed any assistance. Julia was able to assist me straight away with my purchase, it was seemless. In the mean while Julia was away getting my Apple Keyboard I spoke to the Manager Holly, again approachable and it was a pleasure to get to know some of the team. Julia returned and brought me up to the service desk where I was then asked did I get everything that I was looking for today. Brilliant all round service by the Harvey Norman Home Centre team. After what has been a stressful 2 months with another tech company ordering online and sending incorrect products and losing my parcels I will certainly be back to the Harvey Norman Home Centre Balmoral Plaza Boucher Road.

I found the staff so helpful and pleasant especially Mark who I dealt with. I was having trouble in deciding what suite and table and chairs I wanted for my new extension. I was in the shop in Boucher Road at least six times before I finally made my decision today and I’m very happy with my choice.
