I have to say a huge thank you to Katie who is just amazing, the service and professionalism in the way she handled a very delicate situation was second to none. She was very helpful and sympathetic to the problem we had and dealt with it to an extremely high level. A credit to the company. All the girls who I have spoken to when they answered the telephone have all been very friendly and polite. An excellent letting agents.

Recently moved with haybrook Megan and Katie was great, they got my repairs sorted straight away and answered all my questions. Both really polite and helpful.

I have been renting from Haybrooks for 3 years, and throughout this time Katie and Megan have been a joy to deal with: responding promptly to enquiries, always friendly, helpful, keeping me informed of what was happening. Requests for (inevitable) repairs were dealt with in a timely manner. They are both true professionals and a credit to Haybrooks!

We had excellent service from Haybrooks when the sold our flat. We were kept up to date throughout the process of the sale.

I am a contractor that has recently joined the panel at Haybrook and I can safely say they are a pleasure to work for.
Katie and Meg are on the ball with communication to myself and tenants, therefore I always know that a tenant has been spoken to prior to my arrival which makes everything run much smoother !

Zoe at Haybrook, provided an amazing service. She was always at hand to offer advice and walk me through all the steps to rent my property. She had a very warm and friendly personality which I’m sure helped me to let the property after the first round of viewings. Thanks!

Megan & Zoe have been lovely, we was worried about having to house hunt during COVID, but these two made it so easy. They sent videos and tonnes of pictures, we had all of the information we needed and thid gave us the confidence to put a deposit down without waiting for a viewing! All of the documents were gathered on time and the online tracker was so useful, it gave us all of the visibility we needed. We receive the keys today and everything has been taken care of, we couldn't have asked for anymore. Will be using again in the future and happy to recommend!

Katie and Megan have both been brilliant and very helpful when it came to renewing a tenancy agreement due to a change in circumstances. They both were on hand with advice and went to great efforts in getting the issue resolved - thank you!

We moved into our first home renting with Haybrook’s and after 2 and a half years we moved out, when we had questions they were there to answer them, when issues popped up Haybrook’s worked diligently to ensure they were addressed quickly with little disruptions. I have never rented before and my husband had only rented in London with bad experiences throughout and I’m so glad our first experience of renting together has been so positive. I’d like to thank the team, Katie, Meg & Daniel! You’ve been great!

Terrible customer relations linda came out valued our house we told her the property we were interested in and she said they would arrange a viewing for us. We havnt heard a single thing since and now the property Is sold STC won’t be using hay brooks again
