We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you’ll always have someone to talk to. #2. Every step of the way, we’ll explain all the options available to you. We’ll give you all the time you need to feel confident about making the right choices for you. Together we can create a completely unique and personalised service – the way you want it to be. #3. We will listen carefully to what you and your family want and offer a complete choice and flexibility in your arrangements. #4. Throughout, we’ll keep you fully informed of exactly what you can expect from us. All our documentation will be written in plain language and our estimate will outline charges in a fair and straightforward way. #5. We know our service can only be as good as the people who look after you and your family. That is why we continually invest in our people to provide a professional, respectful service. Kim at Heart of England Co-op Funerals gives a personalised and comprehensive service to her clients. She is kind and caring, and nothing is too much trouble for her. The team have been excellent
The team have been excellent, particularly Coral. You made it very stress free for me and I feel like my husband had a perfect send off for him. I was very much put at ease from the start and there was no feeling of being rushed about decisions. They were extremely professional on the day and they have kept me informed of everything with phone calls and emails to let me know important information. Just fantastic.

Turning a sad day into an uplifting goodbye
The staff were helpful and always ready to answer questions. They kept me updated about everything.

making passing away easier
I found the staff in the Brackley Office very helpful and understanding and nothing was too much trouble. We have yet to scatter the ashes and they are helping us to sort this out.

Utmost respect
We are so pleased we chose Heart of England Co-op Nuneaton for the funeral of our dear Dad. We contacted them as our Dad had passed away at home, and right from the start they treated Dad and our family with the utmost respect. Ryan helped us arrange the funeral just as we wanted and on the day of the funeral everything was perfect.

The Heart Of England at Leamington were… Full of Empathy
The Heart Of England at Leamington were so kind and supportive and they walked me through the entire procedure showing Finesse and comfort and the communication was excellent, I was so pleased with the care detail and attention they gave to the departed person and nothing was to much trouble for them, Both Karen and Sam were well committed to the day and made me feel thankful and stress free

IT was well organized
