Professional from start to finish! The original quotation was quick & clear. And the work was executed by fast friendly staff. I was really impressed; including the cleanliness & care shown in my home during the work and at the end. Really excellent.

Dougie was a very professional, organised, tidy worker, and a very pleasant chap. He efficiently serviced our gas boiler and also our unvented Mixergy hot water tank providing detailed servicing documentation within 15 minutes by email. Back up and comms by the office excellent.

New Boiler
When our old boiler developed a fault I immediately phoned Heatsafe as we had used them before. Graham came out to assess the boiler and after a discussion we decided on a new boiler. He went over a few different makes and sent us out quotes that day. We made our choice and as we had no hot water an install date was arranged quickly.
Leigh and Paul fitted our new boiler in about two and a half days. They worked very well together, keeping me informed of what they were doing and going over the control panel. All floors were covered as they worked , all rubbish was removed and the house was left clean and tidy.
A big thank you to all at Heatsafe and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend this company.

Boiler service
I recently had my boiler serviced by Heatsafe. Very professional from start to finish: good communications, by email, from the office; fair quotation; the engineer turned up on time, and did a thorough job, including inspecting the flue in the attic; easy to pay, either by bank transfer or card (the engineers have card readers).
Highly recommended, I would happily use them again.

Dougie, the engineer arrived on time and was very careful setting up to carry out the service of my boiler. Very polite and explained what he had done to check it over.

Very pleased with the install of my new Navien boiler. The two installation engineers were highly competent, courteous at all times, and kept me informed of any issues. They left a very neat job indeed. All rubbish was removed, and they ensured the area was clean and tidy.

New boiler fitted
Graham the engineer came out same day to assess the existing boiler for repair. Once it became clear that it wasn't viable to repair, there was no callout fee, he gave me a brochure to look through of options. I received quotes for all options the very next day. After confirming my choice, we arranged a suitable day for work to commence which was 2 working days from initial quote. On the day, the installer was very polite and courteous, took every precaution to protect carpets etc, ensured there was no mess left and removed the old boiler. Made sure I understood how to work the new boiler before leaving. Very impressed. I definitely recommend

Don't worry, be happy, use Heatsafe heating.
We were a bit apprehensive about the disruption the installation of a new boiler and six radiators could cause to a home. Our fears were unfounded as Heatsafe Heating did a first class job in two days, with all mess cleaned up and waste removed. The engineers were all very knowledgable and pleasant, very impressed with the pipework on the boiler, a work of art.
