I booked a spa pedicure online, but quickly realized I was only receiving what felt like a basic, regular pedicure. By the time I realized how much was being skipped, I felt it was too late to say anything, so I let it go.

Unfortunately, the entire service also felt extremely rushed. The nail technician never even filed or smoothed the bottoms of my feet and skipped several other steps I would consider standard for a pedicure—let alone a spa pedicure.

When I got to the drying station, I noticed that the polish on my big toes was uneven and sloppy, so I politely mentioned it to the employee nearest the front desk. She told me to let my nails dry first and then they would fix them. I was confused as to why I would need to fully dry polish that would have to be removed and repainted anyway. When I pointed that out, her response and demeanor made it very clear that she was annoyed with me for bringing it up.

There’s nothing worse than booking and paying for a spa pedicure only to feel rushed through the service and then treated like an inconvenience for politely asking that sloppy polish be corrected.

I’ve had much less expensive pedicures where the technicians took considerably more time and care, the service was more thorough, and the salons themselves offered a much nicer atmosphere. I didn’t even receive a brief foot or leg massage—or any of the little touches that many salons include as a courtesy to make the experience feel relaxing and enjoyable.

For the price, I expected a much higher level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience. Unfortunately, I would not return. It was significantly overpriced for what I received.

Helen was great and my nails look perfect. I’m very happy I tried this place. Super easy to make an appointment online. I will try them again.

I made a day-of appointment online for that afternoon. Just moved to the area and thought this would be a good spot to try. I received an email that the appointment was confirmed before leaving my house. I arrived to the salon and when I walked in I was not acknowledge at all. There was no one at the desk and none of the workers looked up. For so little people being there, no one made eye contact. I stood there unsure of how their process works. I wound up sitting down and waiting for my nail artist since it wasn’t busy and it was very quiet. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time before standing up to leave. For this place I would not book online…

Heidi’s Nail Salon is the BEST around ! Their work is exceptional and all the staff are friendly and respectful. So many services are offered here from Eyelashes to the new Gel - X . Their prices are very reasonable and the designs they offer are one of a kind !

Heidi is detail oriented and always checks to make sure you like whatever she is doing. She’s fast but never rushes you!

I was referred to this salon by my daughter-in-law, and upon entering, I was struck by the warm ambiance that immediately put me at ease. A sign on display politely requested that patrons exercise patience, assuring personalized attention despite being engaged with their current client. The exceptional service lived up to their promise. This salon marked my inaugural visit to a nail salon, and I appreciated that they didn't attempt to upsell me on services beyond what I initially requested. My stylist Helen demonstrated not only expertise but also commendable patience, dedicating the necessary time to ensure my complete satisfaction. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment, awarding it a flawless rating of 10 out of 10.

Heidi takes care of my lashes and Dmitri my nails. If I ever am needing specific things, they are accommodating and kind. Highly recommend this salon.

I would not use again. I was washing my hands after a gel nail application. Not polish but refill. I saw a dark spot on one of my nails. I asked what it was. Turns out it was a fungus or bacteria because "water got under" WHY would you not treat the problem??? Maybe if she had mentioned it, but she assumed I wouldn't see it, and tried to cover it up. Terrible, never going back. My new place immediately removed the gel and I am treating the nail.
